Once the two Embassies from my Oracle Regions has begun to close, this region will begin to accept all embassy offers. I do not have any real restrictions as far as which regions I will accept embassy offers from other than whatever the policy of the sender region decides is acceptable. I ask that the embassy has no other meaning other than just an embassy.
