United Assembly Passes Bill to Block Creation of Reactionary Political Parties
Earlier today, the representatives present in the United Assembly passed a bill that establishes various guidelines a political party has to follow in order to be eligible for elections. The main guideline is that the political party must not exist solely to contradict the Unitary Party of Indochina. Representatives warn that a party like this would cause the government to come to a standstill and would hinder the power vested into the United Assembly to create legislation. Another guideline is that all representatives within the applying parties must not have anti-Indochina speech posted to any social media or cited to them in any form. Representatives in the United Assembly wish to assure Indochinese citizens that this is for the security and protection of the Unitary State of Indochina.

Riots in Aleppo as questions about the Presidents health continue
Blood ran in the streets of Aleppo last night as protestors clashed with the military, as questions over President Safadi's health deepened. The peaceful protestors were initially protesting a recent decision by the Governor of Aleppo to bulldoze a neighbourhood for a resort, but it eventually spiralled into a general displeasure over the unelected role of the Governor and suspicions regarding the President's health situation. Current sources seem to believe that the President has terminal brain cancer, which has left him bed ridden and unable to run the country. Instead, many believe that the Civil Service and specifically the Permanent Secretary to the President, are currently making all the decisions. The Permanent Secretary, Mashar Salah al Adin, is one of the most powerful men in the country, with the day to day running that the President deemed unimportant directed by Mashar. The protests in Aleppo spiralled into violence when the protestors were met by the military on the streets, and the protests turned into riots as the military fired into the crowds. Normally, protests are quietyl disbanded by the military, as President Safadi was always paranoid that protests would spiral into a revolution. The violent dispersing of the protests also indicates Safadi's lost influence, and it indicates that the military commander for the Syrian region, the notoriously belligerent Bashar Dahlan, is acting of his own accord. The streets of Aleppo are quiet now, but if this is any indication of what is going to happen when the tyrant Safadi finally dies, this spells an ill omen for the entire country.

John Morgan of the Union Party has been elected to the House of Representatives for the Union of Aozhou for the New Holland Electorate of Gippsland, taking his place as one of Gippland’s 3 MPs and replacing the late Edward Andersen, also of the Union Party. The Nationalist Party of Aozhou did not contest this by-election, but endorsed John Morgan.
This by-election victory, while not particularly surprising, is much needed for the Nationalist Party/Union Party minority coalition and their minority government rests on a working majority of 1. While Gippsland is a very rural seat in regional New Holland that elected 2 Union Party MPs to 1 Democratic Labor Party MP at the last general election, the opposition had hoped it would be able to pull off a surprise victory, thus depriving the government of its majority and potentially ushering in a new government or otherwise calling early elections. That did not come to fruition, however, with New Holland MLA Roger Walkins only managing 19.03% of the primary vote and a two-party preferred vote of 38.0%. Federal Opposition Leader Anne Liu of the Democratic Labor Party spoke with media shortly after the election result announcement and said “While I am disappointed in the result tonight, I think we need to keep powering on and focus on getting our message to all of Aozhou for the next election, the message that Democratic Labor is ready to serve and fight for both urban and regional Aozhou.”
On the other side of the chamber, Nationalist Party leader and Prime Minister Jonathan Wang congratulated John Morgan on his win and stated that the victory showed the strength of the ruling coalition and the people’s trust in it. Deputy Prime Minister and Union Party leader Marcus Murray also celebrated the victory, hailing it as a demonstration of regional Aozhou’s faith and trust in the Union Party to deliver for it.
While still losing, the United Democrats also had reason to celebrate, with their candidate, Sarah Swan, raking in 15.11% of the primary vote, up nearly 7% from their primary vote in the previous general election for the electorate. Speaking with reporters, party leader Benjamin Thorpe said he believed the result showed not only the strength of the party’s message of sustainable farming and a balanced economic approach, but also showed the importance of promoting local candidates who are good fits for their electorates.

The Kuomintang wins the presidential elections of 2021!
It is now official, Lai Tingguang is the 15th President of the Republic of China, she beats Claudia Wang of the DPP, but she does not give up and has claimed to try again in 5 years.
The KMT wins the elections with a percentage of votes of 54.8% and with a turnout of 72.6%. (About 460 million citizens.)

The decision taken by Islamican government is that Afghanistan will be given special status and will be controlled by Taliban. Taliban will have some protocols to follow on which they have agreed.
The protocols are as follows:
1. The Taliban government can impose its sharia(rules) on the people of Afghanistan.
2. All the major decisions will be taken by Taliban government.
3. Taliban cannot have his army and has to disarm itself and give weapons to the Islamican authorities.
4. Taliban have to pay for the losses which they caused to 
Far Eastern Union of Soviet Republics with all the collections of there taxes which is approximately 244 million USD.
5. Taliban will no longer be able to benifit from the money earned from exports and drug market. As all the drug exports worth 240 billion dollars will be stopped and all other incomes will be diverted to the Islamican economy which will become 1.03 trillion dollars when totaled.
6.Taliban won't pressurize the citizens of Islamican or torture them and will serve the country with honesty.

Rebels take the city of Tete [Mozambique]
After the explosion of the Ponte Samora Machel two days ago rebels have taken control of the administration office in Tete. Shortly after the explosion a rebellious action group who call themselves the Mozambique Independence and Liberation Front or MILF organised an attack on the Acampamento Militar de Chingozi ensuring that no military reinforcements could arrive from the base. It is expected that MILF was able to reinforce their own forces with the military stock on the base. With those supplies at aproximitly 08.05 am on wednesday morning the MILF entered the administrative office and forced the mayor to resign. The MILF has taken over events in the city and has taken control of the mines just outside of Tete.
Leader of the MILF , Marcos Antonio de Habenero de Blanco has stated that the people of Mozambique are done with Communism and want to return to democracy and Liberty.
It is expected that the government in Nampula will send heavy forces to the city. But with Acampamento Militar de Chingozi in the hands of the rebellion forces from the south will have to deploy giving the rebellion ample time to prepare. Time will tell how this will end but with heavier forces coming it is expected that the FRELIMO will try and likely succeed in restoring order.

China will build naval bases on the Spratly Islands and the Paracel Archipelago.
This is what was announced by the newly elected Minister of Defense.
The Islands, which are also claimed by Eulumia, will be "colonized" by the Chinese Armed Forces, and then by the population, massive projects are planned to improve the infrastructures and the economy of the Archipelago.
"China has the indisputable sovereignty of the South Sea and China has sufficient historical and legal support to back up its claims" (through the Nine-dash Line) as released by the Defense Minister.
The Republic of China rejected all rival claims to the Paracel islands, repeating its position that all of the Paracel, Spratly, Zhongsha (Macclesfield Bank grouped with Scarborough Shoal) and Pratas Island belong to China along with "their surrounding waters and respective seabed and subsoil", and that ROC views other claims as illegitimate, in a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which added "There is no doubt that the Republic of China has sovereignty over the archipelagos and waters."
The Spratly Islands are one of the key points in the program of the newly elected President Lai, who explicitly stated that China is open to peaceful talks with Eulumia, and that at the same time the ROC will not hesitate to use force.

Hydrogen gas turbine project in Chosun SSR
WEISHAN CITY — Doosan Heavy, a company that manufactures and builds nuclear power plants, thermal power stations, turbines, and generators, has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chosun Electric Power Corporation, the authorities of Weishan Metropolitan City, and SK Gas for a hydrogen gas turbine demonstration project.
In accordance to the agreement, authorities in Weishan Metropolitan City will provide administrative support on the construction, upgrade, and fitting of infrastructure needed for the project, whereas CEPCO will provide technical expertise to facilitate the demonstration of the hydrogen gas turbine project. Additionally, SK Gas will be tasked with providing a reliable hydrogen supply. Doosan itself will handle R&D matters; it will also supply the hydrogen gas turbines for the demonstration.
This project is aimed at converting the gas turbine of a local power plant that has operated for more than 2 decades into a 270MW hydrogen gas turbine in 6 years. This hydrogen gas turbine project is expected to be the first of its kind in the Chosun SSR. Doosan has furthermore made plans to promote its hydrogen gas turbine business with various subsidiaries of CEPCO, such as Chosun Midland Power, which will adopt Doosan-designed hydrogen dual-fuel combustors in the future to supply local communities with eco-friendly energy.
The company aims to make use of such official agreements as a formative tool to develop the hydrogen gas business into a new growth engine.

In return for a successful conclusion to the trade deal, the Union will invest in housing and infrastructure projects in Pakistan, Afghanistan and other regions of Islamican so to allow the people to enjoy a higher standard of living have easier access to basic features and much more. This will include roads, bridges, cell phone towers and internet service. Statement Released Against Declaration
The declaration presented has no legal ground and will not be honored by the High Government of the Unitary State of Indochina. The United Assembly believes that the signatures may have been forged to make it appear as if a large coalition has formed against the High Government. The Indochinese Armed Forces will still patrol areas in which they are assigned to and Troopers must be obeyed as the law of the land still applies despite this attempt at seceding. While there is no article against secession, there is also no article granting the ability to any division of any level. By order of Chairman Khan, this secession will not be honored. Indochina encourages nations of the world to ignore the declaration and to not treat Eastern Indochina as a sovereign nation, unless those nations wish to face the consequences.
