Sure. Got a reminder on Facebook of a decision I made back in 2010 to divorce my ex after 17 years together. Rekindled the hatred I felt back then. Only thing that calmed me down is my now Husband coming up behind me and hugging me reminding me "it is what helped you become the man you are, and make you available for me."
