Ah I remember when I first developed WMDs. Fond memories.

We have discovered what seems to be how our long lost brethren, the Antarctican Commonwealths, travels the interstellar void. Contrary to current theories, the Navigation Beacons they use aren’t to indicate a specific location; rather, they emit signals that indicate the location of the beacon so they can be used as points of references by Antarctican Ships to assist in making more accurate trajectory calculations when “Sinking” or Jumping. To put it simply, unless you have the data on where you’re Jumping or “Sinking” to, the beacon is essentially useless. This allows them to make practically impossible jumps ,or surfacing, near the gravity wells of planets; formations of ships at stl speeds; or if the appropriate data is provided, even into the upper atmospheres of planets without risking or causing any damage to their ship or their surroundings. At the same time, it also makes it incredibly difficult, though not entirely impossible for Non-Antarctican ships to use them. These beacons are also separated into three different types Jump Beacons (now defunct), Hybrid Beacons, and “Sinking” Beacons. Hybrid Beacons are by far the most common, present in nearly every system of the Antarctican Commonwealths, while “Sinking” Beacons are only ever used for long distance travel across vast distances within galaxies or for intergalactic travel.

However despite our attempts on mending our relationship with our brethren, they still refuse to event share the civilian encryption codes and signals for even our merchant ships.

While scouring the databank for anything else, you detect an Antarctican Civilian Communications Signal

Message: This is Overseer Pinnerius VIII, our ever-living ever-wisdom-speaking peaceful Supreme Overseer Ziran I. humbly commanded us to reestablish connections between our nations. Our alliance was once again strong without a doubt. Our nation and deliberative union refuses to forsaken those who might still be remaining alive in this cruel and dangerous place. Our goal is simple - to know that you still exist and function. On our mission we didn't know what to expect, so our convoy is universally equipped - we have weapons, we have humanitarian supplies, we have database of newest information about our development. Everything that you might find at least a little valuable. Please respond, our comms are silent for too long.

To any A/C civilian that hears this message, please hand it to your officials. You will be rewarded and making service to your country and its allies. We are sending in the appendix our personalized communication certification for verification of this message.

With transcendent blessings,...... over and out

Should've said something, we would gladly sell some of our WMD's

You say bribe, I say tribute.

Glad to hear that you’re feeling better! I want to flesh out several locations of the RP first so it may take some time for me to respond.

When it comes to regulation in my nation, we were always planning on turning away from the policy making regulation, in favor of regulation from counter-economics. Instead telling corporations what they can and can't do, we actively compete against corporate take over. We plan to make our services better to outdo corporate services but only work with the ones that engage in activities that support the Cudoocadian Regulatory Organization's agenda.

Sense the Cudoocadian Regulatory Organization was so heavily depended on by citizens and businesses alike, we plan to get rid of our corporate welfare to greatly reduce the advantage corporations can have over our services. The ones that engage in activities that support the Cudoocadian Regulatory Organization's agenda will be refunded accordingly.

However, we are cutting down on being overly generous too, but we've been encouraging individual development for the longest to prepare the citizens for this sudden change in operation. This sudden will better support our goal in creating a high-tech self-sufficient mutualistic economy where humans can thrive without overwhelming stress, and death is a choice.
