The leadership from ??? until 1905 was mostly Arenginian rule and 1905-1908 was Tsarist-esque rule.

Sorry that I have been inactive for a couple of days, I was working on other projects and nations and didn't have time to work on my main nations. I am back. Also, thank you Shahinay for adding me to the map.

Also, I redesigned my nations flag to be more pleasing. What do you think?
