Of course I won't hold on, my Total-War preparedness rating is -7.75, and knowing the CEOG, he would definitely use Nukes. He also exaggerates a ton, we might say that we have something he doesn't and then he says "Really? Well I've got the same thing but more powerful."

Don’t you concern yourself with that. Despite having only a fraction of the active duty troops, Gemeinschaftsland’s total war preparedness rating is nearly twice that of your extorter. The Gemein navy will easily steamroll through all of their blue and green water vessels, all of their coastal defenses, and starve out the nation with an extended naval blockade until Stefolandian sovereignty is restored.
