I think about how elections in the US absolutely NEED to be on a weekend AND the necessity that it should be also a federal holiday that is treated like Christmas on the daily. Have all non-essential services closed so we can focus on what makes us liberal demorcracies better than the authoritarians.

Railroad infrastructure is highly neglected in the Great Plains, and I genuinely hope we can get Amtrak passenger trains here. It'll benefit those who are low-income and make more jobs available.

I like my car though. I am free to choose whatever route I want to go. It is a damn shame they are terrible for the environment. :(
