Hi all - you may not know me but I'm a puppet of San Ortelio, who some of the old cats around here might know as a new incarnation of Buyan.
Maybe there are already people who are putting their shoulders under the upcoming CEdC - if so, please give a nudge. But the lack of response on the above message from SNL makes me assume not.
If not, I'm willing to dip my toe back into the hosting pool and would be up for organizing this as well. Previous experience includes a number of Campionato's and a few editions of the IUBC, the "basketball ICFC", usually in collab with Sangti/Filindostan/Hispanis. Let me know!

Hey guys;
It’s a new IFCF season and therefore a new chance for us. Are there any plans for the upcoming CEdC already? In any case, I’d be willing to offer my help with anything that might need help. Otherwise, if the rankings continue to be an issue, I may be a good idea at this point to just start a new ranking system, considering that we’ve missed three cycles in a row.

I'm very much for this 'new ranking' idea, to try and get the CEdC back up and running. A new ranking system would mean that starting afresh would need less work in trying to find and comprehend old ranking data, and would help in getting the thing off the ground way more easily. While I am on a bit of a hiatus at the moment, I'd be very willing to continue working toward the upkeep of the CEdC along with Newmanistan and NK as was previously decided.
Here's urging all to consider the decision about rankings, or to suggest better ideas. Happy new year, and thanks in advance!

I've sent you a TG with the previous ranking system that was used for the last couple of CE's. I changed it while it was a steady knockout comp, but I'd meant to transition it to a group-stage comp.

Now I'm getting a bit more active in sport stuff I'm thinking about geography. I know there may not be a mupdate any time soon but so long as I can be small and have some mountains and maybe a bit of coast, I'm happy to go anywhere.
