A dark figure skulks in and around the shadows of Enadia, looking for something to do, someone to talk to, or a mouse to eat

The dark figure is one of the Southern Terenials, a strange folk coming from the dark (and even stranger) mountains of T'er Minrà, with very long sideburns and crooked noses.
Seeing that he has the attention of a group of Enadians, he looks up, and mutters something, which, to the trained ear, can be interpreted as "Hi!"

This latest security council resolution is probably the most controversial WA proposal for me in the history of NationStates. Thoughts anyone?

Some of the issues they’ve created are good or at least acceptable though. The one about a drone strike is probably directly inspired by Eye in the Sky, itself based on a real-life story while Have War Crimes Will Travel was almost certainly inspired by the Pinochet trials around the turn of the millennium. Not all issues have good solutions nor should they. Also, issue writers are un-vetted volunteers— they probably aren’t doing anything malicious and what could be construed as such is easier pinned down to not being a professional and having political biases.
