I might be spouting stuff I have no knowledge about in the wrong debate stage, but I agree. This holds true in my opinion as such E.U.F. operations seem to happen at times when people like me--who wish to still participate in other Enadia stuff--are away (work, school, or after--at least in my case--I shut down for the night). Plus, I feel that we have been doing well with the numbers we have probably had so far. However, I understand that eventually there will come a time when Enadia and AIR WILL need more people to help out. Nevertheless, I think that, with time, the region will get to a certain population with which such an idea as a draft will no longer be necessary except in BIG events like full-scale regional raider vs defender conflicts; in other words, if there is a draft, let it be for the worst-case scenario.
Lastly, though I cannot actively help very often, let me as a somewhat active citizen express support for our region's E.U.F. in all that they do. I also wish to say thanks to Enadia for accepting me into such a great community! (I would TG this or something but I don't have money for stamps LOL.) Thanks for considering my obnoxiously long addendum to an existing opinion!

I understand President Neos push for more participants in the EUF. Our military grew quite a lot and we became at times better than some of the oldest military's in NS.
I recently got promoted by the MoD as Captain of the EUF. All I can say is that we are struggling to have an active number of combatants at any time we wish during the two updates (major & minor).
But ofc I dont believe that forcing this down the throats of people is democratic.
In the other hand our role as Member States of this Union is to work all together for one mutual objective. Enadia to thrive and become the best region that can ever exist.
We have the potential, the right mindset and the will to do that. And your help can elevate significantly that process. For there is our moral obligation to work for our Union. Lastly I believe that our Union's Members must realise that we are also a testing field.
We give the freedom to all of EU's members to test their ideas, see them become a reality and even function. For that is the nature of democracy and moral support human beings can offer other human beings.

I have a proposition to make. What if we had a weekly Enadian “newsletter” of sorts highlighting all the important occurrences such as parliamentry decisions, discord server drama, liberations, etc. It would be easier for the busier Enadians to stay up-to-date and might even help attract new citizens and bring idle ones back if they felt like they could get a handle easier on all that was happening. We could put that task on our minister of interior, minister of education, or some other Enadian who is active and willing. Perhaps elect a new post?
