i have good reason for this
1. a destabilizing ee would be caused by scuffles and that would be really terrible and likely wouldn't suffice with people from nee
2. since the nse isn't active much, i will hold map control until everything gets sorted out, my tenure will start when ee changes timeline until everyone is happy with their borders.
3. i am only gonna hold tenure for disputes if it is surrounding Germany proper
i can only do mapping if my pc doesn't break since we just lost power earlier and i hope I don't get the unpleasant experience of encountering startup repair 🌝
I already RPed the 2000s back in the old Eastern Europe, I'd say we should just have it in the present day cause it's easier to just make up random events than having to consider the time period or whatever. Anyway, the old Slavuja was a communist country and I'm tired of RPing that lol

reconciliation time
running new eastern europe in april 2021 was like asking and consulting the "how to balkans" guide, it's complicated to understand and it's practically useless, nee in it's last days were in chaos, people were grouping and moving into other regions in droves, i originally planned to move to anteria, however i decided to back out due to multiple reasons:
1. it did not have a proper map, like it did not have the map like europe, fantasy maps are not my forte.
2. new plans were drafted since majority disbanded to eastern europe, only zanjact and maricoen moved to anteria however while i did plan to move there, i backed out at the last minute to not get singled out and left out since most of my allies went here.
i prefer to reconciliate considering that it's almost the end of the week, i got the idea because i went through the old pages of posts in the rmb here in ee
Yeah, go ahead! I was thinking of having the Croats in Slavonia revolt too and join Zeiling, so in the modern day Slavuja just has the territory of Vojvodina (the real borders of the province). Tell me if you want me to RP that with you, and if not then you can put your own spin on it - but remember that President Konstantinovich was more interested in keeping the German minority happy, do with that what you will...

Matatic and The Principality of Surkis will recall, I originally didn't want to merge with EE (no offence guys) as I thought that was in the past, and tbh I quite liked the immersiveness of NEE with its judges (which I never got the chance to run for :(, yes it does make me sad, I had a whole factbook and everything... ) , and PMs, so that's why when Maricoen left it was chaotic as it lacked that order, but here if 
Ghost of Stalina disappeared it wouldn't matter (again no offence) as they aren't involved at all with the region, and as such we can just get on whereas maricoen kinda had a personal grip on the region

Looks like we decided to go to the present day, but Zeiling can post about the civil war whenever they get a chance. We're gonna have to see what the international relations between our nations are going to be like in the modern day, so some international RP would be a good idea if you have any ideas.

OOC: How to intervene for the civil war.
AS you can see on the factions of Zeiling factbook, each faction has a certain amount of influence in each sector of Zeiling. In order to grow their influence invest in the party with different technologies, industry, or more controversially, send an envoy. Each action will give a 25% chance of increasing influence by 1 point, but with certain negotiations this amount can be increased to 4 points.
ON the outbreak of civil war, each side will have limited arms and industry given their position at the beginning of the war. Send industry or volunteers to support them

Clause I:
I, Chancellor Giuseppe insist that under no circumstances will FRS attack, invade, or send in troops* into Niater, this pact is on the good faith that this will be reciprocated by Niater.
Clause II:
* This is to be waived in times of war, in which the sovreignty of Niater will come under strain or threat, FRS WILL NOT intefere in domestic affairs such as terrorism unless there is a threat to FRS as well.

Note: Observer states are states which do not have to provide offensive military support to member nations (it is at the individual nation's own discretion), but will have to help defend, similarly, member states will not have to provide offensive military support to observer nations, but will have to help defend them.
Where it has been deemed that a nation has failed to commit to promises set out within the Sekpolis oath, the other member states will hold a vote on whether said nation should be ejected, a result of a tie will mean that a member nation will remain within the pact
