Question for my fellow national leaders, if someone, not naming names, but someone invested into creating a virus that reanimates the bodies of the recently deceased and maybe, hypothetically... Their was an outbreak and it was a POTENTIAL threat to all life in the region, on a scale of 1 to 10 how likely would you be to use nukes to purge that nation with fire to save your own people? Just as a thought experiment and nothing to do with any black sights that may or may not have been recently established.
