cloaking so efficient it can effectively stealth out of an active warzone and past a rothellan war fleet very very very close to them?
nop! cloaking not that good :D
yop! cloaking good!
unless it can literally remove its mass to a point where it doesn't produce gravity (Which is basically impossible) it's going to be detected.
Derikan HT-100 Transports start to land on the surface of the planet, and create a perimeter after harsh fighting
then why hasn't every ketch so far stealthed into combat?
why didnt the earth invasion force immediately cloak upon entering the system?
Are all the Eskilnio we've fought up until now just idiots who couldn't properly utilize their equipment?
And if its damaged shouldn't the cloaking system be equally malfunctioning?
they did cloak
thats how they got there
and yet they chose to break concealment and engage the closest foe when they could've easily spent a whole lot longer properly positioning since their cloaking is apparently so amazing
i never said it was amazing
just better than human cloaking tech
I mean if an (already damaged) ketch can immediately cloak and be totally invisible to the orbiting war fleet actively engaging its support elements it must be pretty amazing
its not going to immediately cloak, and its not severely damaged
if needed, it would cloak and retreat to a different system or land back on the planet
docks arent needed for ketches
except if it cloaks and tries to retreat it will get detected by the large amount of rothellan warships in the system?
Or trailed by the large amount of fighter-bombers that just got done strafing its position?
its not going to leave the system idiot
but it cant go anywhere undetected because several rothellan fighter squadrons literally just saw it fly into the air and cloak
so therefore it wouldnt even leave
so it cant get past the orbiting warships because the cloaking isnt so effective that it can immediately bypass what is basically point-blank detection
eliksnio die by plasma lance :DDD
