I believe that “veteran level” does not exist, because even some people who have been here for years and have accumulated 8 billion and more can still have the same attitude and mindset of a new player.

I have to agree with Arudis that there is no set amount of time. And definitely no set population for it. I’d say that you have to have a lot of game experience and that generally takes at least a few years. But there is no set definition and it has a lot less to do with your nation and a lot more to do with personal experience
