I was just talking about this in my government course. The legislative branch can’t impliment the amendment. It can only be done by the VP and the cabinet, as Members of the executive branch

Metropolitan Francais wrote:| President Macron | "Well Mr. President I must say first that I would applaud Algeria's move to join MECO as it has much to offer Algeria and would be of great benefit to you and your country. I do have a few topics I'd like to discuss while here though, which include our ongoing student exchange program, North African security, and of course trade."

“Yes, of course. I believe ensuring peace and security throughout North Africa should be our first priority. As president, I am deeply concerned by the apparent resurgence of Islamist terror groups in the south of Algeria, as well as elsewhere in the Maghreb and Sahel. Support from the French government could prove instrumental in preventing these groups from gaining a greater foothold.”

| President Macron | "I agree and that is why I would be happy to extend my assistance and the assistance of the French Government to your administration to help Algeria with these security concerns. The Ministry of the Armed Forces in France has also received a directive to authorize the selling of military equipment to Algeria in order to bolster your armed forces and make fighting these new groups an easier task."

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR: MACRON DISSOLVES NATIONAL ASSEMBLY FOR SECOND TIME - EN MARCHE WINS MAJORITY
      VTH REPUBLIC | PARIS, 2022

    | HELM OF LIBERTÉ, MINISTÈRE DE L’INTÉRIEUR - | President Macron has reportedly dissolved the National Assembly for a second time in nearly 2 years and snap elections have been called again. It was of course no secret that Macron and Prime Minister Marine Le Pen have always butted heads over important issues of state which makes this dissolution no surprise to many French citizens who expected Macron to throw Le Pen out nearly a year ago. Macron's first dissolution of the National Assembly in 2020 was an attempt to secure more seats for his En Marche ! political party which ultimately ended badly as Marine Le Pen's National Rally took a stunning majority of 301 seats instead and resulted in her being reluctantly chosen as the new Prime Minister of France by President Macron. After Macron's many reforms and implementation of his "5 year plan" the President saw his popularity skyrocket compared to previous polls. This gave his administration and party new confidence that they would indeed secure the sweeping majority they had hoped for in 2020. Polling stations were quickly opened on the morning of March 27th and all working citizens were granted time off to go vote for their representatives. Polls were closed by midnight of the 28th and En Marche ! had reportedly regained a majority of 403/577 seats, stripping the National Rally of its power and ousting Prime Minister Le Pen. Macron's meteoric victory in the National Assembly has set a new record for political majorities in Parliament which last occurred in 2017 when En Marche ! gained 351/577 seats. Jean Castex has been chosen as the next Prime Minister of France and will be sworn in on the first day of April 2022 at noon along with the 17th National Assembly body at the Palace of Versailles. |

It’s actually my first home and the army graciously pays for it lmao.

It’s quite nice really with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, tile floors all throughout, a fireplace, brand new cabinets, and modern appliances. It’s only 4 years old and is built upon a very unique design.

I’m in love honestly, especially after living on post for the last 4 years.
