Meep!
Maby by the help of MECO Pakistan could achive somthing. I appreciate the chance given. Our anti-poverty programs we can stabilize more but we do not find each other conflicts (from now on).
Paseo, hopefully you can respond soon my friend. This RP of ours will be amazing for both our nations, as it will not only create drama but a sort of family conflict as well.
I’m going out of state for a few days, I should be back on Monday.
I have a few RP ideas and a big story idea cooking in my brain so I’ll return with a lot of content.

REPUBLIC OF KOREA
A Princely Rebellion Part 7
A group of teenagers would walk through Suwon dressed in their uniforms having just finished the school day, the group were joking around and chatting as any group would normally do. All upstanding members of Gyeonggi Suwon International School, a few of them were representatives on the Student Council. The quieter one in the group Kim Ki-jung scrolled through his phone as they stopped outside a K-mart while two of them split to buy some fizzy drinks.
Jeon Jung-Hwa: "Did you hear that they're closing in on the Prince that went missing? Apparently he's in Busan."
Kim Ki-jung: "Busan? I wonder what he's doing down there?"
Jeon Jung-Hwa: "Probably plotting some sort of henious acts"
The two would look to one another, struggling to contain their laughter before chuckling at one another.
Jeon Jung-Hwa: "The fact they think you're in Busan is hilarious. Just a thirty minute train journey instead."
Kim Ki-jung: "Not expensive either, just show's her incapabilities. They'll never know what hit them when we're ready."
The two would be joined by their friends as they exited the K-mart, the two still chuckling away to one another. Moving their masks over their faces as they got ready to head onto the main street, they would get looks from the others who rolled their eyes. Walking off as a group they'd begin to make their separate ways home, with Ki-jung and Jung-Hwa continuing on together.

[REPOST]
99th Squadron Air Base (under construction), The true islands
It was a strange site, to see a German flag raised on foreign land. Of course, the motivation of this base was essentially training new pilots with the 99th Squadron. Furthermore, only 14 aircraft were stationed in this airbase.
What someone imagines as an airbase German made was totally not reality in Tanzania. The runway was not even paved. It was simply dirty with white powder to signal the lines. The runway also had nearly to no lights yet : "a test of night vision for the pilots" Commander Uwer said. It was of course considered that losing a pilot because of a crash on a runway was not the end of the world when it was the 99th involved.
The facilities were also quite rusty. Quickly made hangars with at least some roads and signs, electricity of course, and fuel. There was a control tower however. The base itself was quite small, one building with only the strict necessary.
The pilots were all male except one. Most were still ex-pilots as the 99 had only just begun. But they were still not informed why the Luftwaffe either recruited them, or freed them from prison. All pilots were assembled in a hangar. Behind was an old F-5 Tiger, currently being scratched of its signs of Nevbrejnovitz. The Commander shows up in front of the plane, bored, and annoyed to be in a "shît hole of Africa".
- Commander Uwer : Listen up people. A lot of you wonder why you are here, in Africa, and why you are being fighter pilots. You may think Germany is treating you into a new life, giving you a chance, perhaps even wondering why they rejected such GOOD pilots like you.
No. You are worthless meat bags. You are good for Germany so long as you play the rules. And the rules are : we ask you to fight, you fight. No questions ask. If the mission sounds crazy, you do it. If the mission scares you, do it.
You are all either criminals or rejected pilots with nothing better to do. If you do well, you will be free, and those who lost their licence to fly will be able to fly again, or even get an upgrade and join the mighty 62nd Squadron.
For now, you are stuck here. And we will train together with this piece of rubbish as old as my wife. The F4s are for the best pilots here.
Any questions ?
- Jonas Tishbier, Strange 9 - Bailout King : What if we want to leave ?
- Commander Uwer : Solitary is what you will get. And you take your plain to leave, I will shoot you down myself.... with something much better than your F-5. Other questions?........ DISMISSED.
The pilots regroup and discuss the utter madness that was happening
- Jonas Tishbier, Strange 9 - Bailout King : So uh.... we will just die for Motherland at this point...
Thomas Scheiffer, Strange 6 - Boss : Your callsign is Bailout King. The f*ck is this
Jonas Tishbier, Strange 9 - Bailout King : I didn't want to sound pretentious okay. You look like you still live with your mom.... Boss
It was clear the 99th had also taken the worst personalities... In fact, Uwer started to understand why these people had all either been involved in crime, or got their licence rejected. "Pretentious, violent, impulsive... no wonder" thought Uwer as he left the hangar.
- Sebastian Grims, Strange 3 - Grey : Okay okay chickens. Time to relax. You guys need some supervision.
Sebastian interfered with the tension growing and seperated the two nervous pilots as the group walked back to the base facility
- Thomas Scheiffer, Strange 6 - Boss : I'll shoot you down Jonas I swear. I got nothing to lose.
Jonas Tishbier, Strange 9 - Bailout King : Alright, lets do this. I'll send you a date and time.
Sebastian Grims, Strange 3 - Grey : You do that, and the fecking Tanzanians start thinking "AFRIKA KORPS COMES BACK"
The conversation ended here. It was clear Thomas and Jonas did not really care of the consequences. The speech of Uwer made them even more desperate and uncaring for everything. Why should I care when they don't care.
The experience of the 99th had not started well...
Origins
By 2015, and especially after the Sorbian war (2012-2013), the Luftwaffe command General Leuft, informed the Chancellery of the vast problem that was facing the Bundeswehr : "We had the advantage simply because Sorbia was right next to us. However, for external operations, we have no way to act far away from Germany without spending huge ammounts of money and risking the lives of our pilots. We need to keep our pilots, especially since we dont have many"
After some consideration, Chancellor Greta Scheffner authorized a plan designed by General Leuft and General Van Bier. The plan was to combine economic efficiency and strategic readiness across the globe with low risk. It was therefore decided to use fired pilots and criminals with good capacities, individuals with "lives to spare" and create a squadron decent enough to fly and maintain presence of Germany but at the cheapest cost possible. In essence, putting the riskiest missions on a pile of pilots that no one cared about. The idea was at first rejected by Scheffner. But the political situation shifted in 2015 and then in 2017 with growing international threats. Scheffner finally approved in March 2017 the plan. And in April 2017, the 99th Air Squadron was created.
The 99th Squadron
The 99th Squadron Code name : STRANGE is under the direct orders of the Ministry of Defense and the Chancellery.
The squadron is composed of convicts and pilots with criminal charges except sexual ones. The 99th is not part of the official Luftwaffe despite having its signs.
The squadron does not receive Luftwaffe support or any regular military support while on missions. They are funded by a special portofolio of ATEO, the external operations branch of the Bundesnachrichtungsdienst.
The squadron was formed on April 2017 and lead by Colonel J.Uwer. All its members were already ex-pilots in the armed forces or in the civilian sector. By Order 890-22, the 99th Squadron became open to foreign pilots with criminal charges.
The current location of the 99th Squadron is in Tanzania.

The Philippines seeks to create economic relationships with the world, for both the benefit of Filipino interests and the interests of the people that it trades with. In pursuit of this goal, the Philippines proposes a free trade agreement between the Philippines and MECO.
Nileia - $10 billion
Paseo - $25 billion
Reserved for Future MECO Members: $5 billion
Source of Funds
Ayala corporation: Contributed to $18 billion of total investments. The Ayala Corporation plans to expand into the Middle East, along with Nusantara.
Taxes - $30 billion
Other Corporations: $29 billion
Should this deal be accepted by MECO member-states, the Philippines and MECO shall completely reduce tariffs on all types of goods originating from both parties. In addition to the FTA, the Philippines is approving a round of investment into MECO countries worth $77 billion USD (₱3.8 trillion).
- Distribution of $77 billion USD
The Philippines projects an additional growth rate of around 3% to the current 2017 GDP growth, 3.6%.

Economic reality
FTAs don’t always ≠ Economic growth
Also they take years to negotiate, because it is the restructuring of entire economies, just research any FTA in economic history
Okay.....
YOU DONT HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY TO INVEST. THE PHILLIPINES IS NOT THE UAE
My gdp nominal is $410.999 billion. Why did you not react that way when I invested $34 billion into Turkey?
