Hey y'all just remember instead of investing in a bunch of nations that can't sustain themselves, invest in tax havens with high ROI and accepting securities and deposits at premiums as well as shorting African currencies ᕙ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ᕗ

A plan to rapidly transform the Songhai Republic which is still essentially trapped in the 80s infrastructure-wise, into a nation of the future. So far Congress has approved approximately $200bln. I would like to encourage Arabia to invest in our numerous infrastructure projects. We plan on creating railway lines spanning the length of Western Europe and here that attracts business. See, at every stop there must refreshments and goods for passengers to buy. All the businesses pay the railway companies a % of their profits to locate their stores at the numerous stations. Should you invest a substantial amount, I will ensure that the railway companies sell you 20% of their shares at the lowest prices giving you a degree of ownership over the railway companies operating these massive railway projects and therefore making you entitled to a % of the large profits to come.

Al Hussein would see that Conté knew his stuff. He was no amateur and he knew how to draw up good profitable deals for both sides by looking at the bigger picture. There was a reason he managed to go from being the son of poor goat herders from the Sahara desert into Africa’s largest country’s first millionaire.

Says Hungary the land of hungry gypsies

Chaos at the Capital

As the day passes the protests lead by the National Alliance grows bigger, what started with hundreds of persons turned into a march of thousands, most of them moves carrying black shirts and flag, bringing the fear of fascism back to the citizens of the Empire. Across the Adriatic Sea in the Capital Tirana Albanians organizes marchs supportung the Emperor and against the fascism, using coloured shirts, carrying flowers and flags of the empire the move trough the streets.

Back to Rome the mob moves towards the Quirinal Palace, due the numbers and their aggressive behaviour the gendarmerie was unable to contain the protestors, without options and with the palace in danger the Palatinae Guard is requested by the police to disperse the riot before the worse could happens. When the protestors get close to the palace they encounter the imperial guard, at least 450 Palatinae were present equiped with heavy armor and ballistic shields, as the main weapons they prepares shotguns and grenade launchers, few units in the rear carry lethal weapons.

As the mob approaches the officers of the units start to scream orders for the guards, an impressive shield wall remembering the old roman legions is formed, they slowlt start to move in direction of the protestors keeping the formation the Palatinae shows no fear for the aggressiveness of the protestors, tear gas is fired from the launchers to disperse the majority of the people, the main plan of the guards is to send them back to the Piazza della Repubblica, close to the biggest transportation hub of the capital, all the other streets in the area were closed to force the protestors to move the direction wished by the security forces.

The guards keep their martial advance firing gas every 3 minutes, few protestors tru to get close the shield wall, thise who try are hit by rubber bullets fired from the shotguns, they guards focus their aim in aggressors legs and arms trying to mobilize them and force their retreat, rocks are throw by the protestors, but the none penetrates the Palatinae defense.

At least 30 have passed since the confront started, most of the protestors were already dispersed, only a few relies defiyng the guards, two men tries to hit the wall with iron bars, when they get very close the guards they are hit with rubber bullets, they fall in the ground only one meter in front of the guards, the shield wall opens, 6 guards passes the breach the imobilize the aggressors and put handcuffes on they, they bring the protestors with them back to the line and the shield wall closes again, back of it paramedics take a look of the protestors before they finally be arrested by the police forces.

More than 1 hour passes and the protest finally get close to the end, at least 52 aggressors were arrested, more than 400 protestors were injured by the rubber bullets and by the use of the gas, ambulances were called to treat the injured close to the Piazza della Repubblica, no injure was reported in the Palatinae, the elite unit have showed the leadership of the "blackshirts" that a direct confrontation wouldn't be an option.

Bomoko wrote:As the limo cruised through the wide boulevards of Bamako, he’d see the capital of Africa’s largest nation was rather old fashioned although well-maintained. The city could almost be likened to the American city of New Orleans in the 60s. Two decades of isolationism had spoiled any incentive to build grand skyscrapers & modern glass buildings, although this was all about to change since Hassan Conté became president of the Songhai Republic, opening it up to the world stage. Flags of the Songhai Republic were on every street, building and hung from almost every balcony...

O'anga watched as the buildings passed by. Many were enough to block out the sun. Just as many buildings were as old as O'anga. What particularly caught his eyes was a street market. The market had large sacks filled with spices of all colors, people in colorful clothes full of smiles. O'anga was tempted to open the window and collect the smells of the city. He only refrained when he saw where he was heading; the presidential palace. A beautiful building draped in flags of the nation of Bomoko, the way the strong west African sun reflected off the walls of the palace was quite pleasing. As it got closer O'anga noticed a crowd waiting for him past the gate, he thought he even spotted Conté. It was the moment of truth for O'anga; although most people towered over the Rhodique Prime Minister, he knows how to size them up.

OOC: Normally you just respond with your leader’s reaction to my description no need to add your own descriptions, as good a writer as you are.

Surrounding President Conté were several secret service agents. Conté himself wore a white suit & white fedora and had a light brown complexion. He was from the Northeast and his ancestors had roamed the Sahara for thousands of years.

Conté was 6ft7 meaning compared to O’anga and most people he was a giant, however he wore an approachable smile on his face, an expression many dubbed the “Million Dollar Smile” as some believed his charm had made him the first Songhese millionaire businessman. Conté would walk up to O’anga...

| President Conté | President O’anga of Rhodique? It is an honour... let’s head to my office.

Conté would shake the man’s hand and begin walking.

Rhodique

Not xav wrote:President Bassil al-Hussein:

Conté grinned and coughed slightly of excitement. He knew the Arabians were big spenders but witnessing it in person was fascinating. Wealth was always associated with the West but the Arabians seemed to be better businessmen in Conté’s eyes.

| President Conté | Congratulations Mr President, you’ve got yourself a deal and one of my luxury Cuban cigars.

Conté would ring a bell on his desk and his secretary would walk in with a gold case rested on top of a small red cushion. She’d lay the case down on the desk and walk off. In the case were eight luxury Cuban cigars most likely worth around $8,000 each.

Rhodique

O'anga chuckled at his joke, and continued..

| Prime Minister O'anga | I must say, you command a beautiful nation.
