Hello, Aspatria Calling

"You have to be kidding me, Hartford! These are some amazing news!" Geoffrey Toussaint said with a happy tone.

"Yes sir! I also couldn't believe it when I first heard of it!" Hartford responded.

"So, the Olivedrabian senate voted on helping us eh? They want to aid us in defeating the Northern reactionaries? Well well well...make sure to give a warm welcome to every single one of them!".

"We sure will sir! Apparently, one million Olivedrabian men are ready to fight for our cause! The Northerners won't know what just hit them! We've also received a shipment of the latest and greatest weapons the Olivedrabians have to offer, we'll make sure to put these things to good use".

"Excellent! Now, I want for you to let the rest of the generals of this whole situation, it is very vital they collaborate with Olivedrabian generals and even delegate some powers to them".

"Alright sir, I will be sure to let them know".

Hartford then ran as fast as possible and exited Toussaint's office.

After staring at the ceiling for a couple of seconds, Toussaint got up and started looking out the window. He thought of what would come after the revolution. What adventures awaited him? What rivals or enemies would he make? Who knows really.

Sunshine, Rain, and Tears

Richard Gulivan looked out over the setting sun. "Another letter from the parliamentarians?"

The man bowed in the shadows. "Yes, sir, I was told to bring it to you with all due haste."

"Then burn it."

There was no response as the man the letter in the shadows. After a moment of no response, Richard looked back and saw a man wearing a grey suit standing near a worn stone wall. "I'm serious, there's no use reading it. We both know what the letter says."

The man shook his head. "I will not burn it."

Richard looked away and watched the sun set the mist ablaze, for a moment swathing the Abyssal Sea in red and orange hues before the colour began to leech from the sky. "Then do what you will."

The man stepped out of the shadows and leaned by the edge of a railing, not far from where Richard sat and looked toward the sunset as well. "Mr. Gulivan, do you mean to tell me you're really that jaded?"

Richard looked toward the man. "Jaded?"

"Watching the sun, far away from the affairs of politics and melancholic as well."

Richard rose an eyebrow. "Avoiding politics brings a peace that passes understanding."

"Would you have said the same thing after the Unitary War?"

Richard shook his head and then reached down to the table and swirled a glass. He held it to his lips. "I did what I had to do, that's all there is to it."

A glint entered the man's eyes. "Is that so?"

"Yes."

"I see."

There was another moment of silence before the air became tense. Followed by a low sound as metal scraped against leather. Richard looked upward to see a flash of silver flash from the faint mists before him, he raised his glass instinctively which caused it to shatter in an explosion of glass shards. Richard looked away as someone stumbled back and leaned against the railing. He looked forth and saw the man in the grey suit rubbing glass shards from his face with one hand and gingerly clutching a drawn sword in the other. Richard stared for a second. "What in Lavosi's name?"

The man opened his eyes, wiping away tears and blood. "We need you, Richard, we've asked so many times. You never gave us a straight answer, you never gave us an answer at all."

Richard stood from his chair. "Who sent you here?"

"The people are tired of false hope Gulivan, if you want to retire peacefully onto that sunset then look before you!"

The man raised his sword again and Richard drew a knife from his pocket. "A sword, really?"

The man's eyes bulged and he shouted. "Have you forgotten your own tale? They said you took out a whole battalion of Ez-Tulrean soldiers with an officer's sword. While against guns at that!"

The man pushed himself away from the railing and swung low. Richard jumped and swung the chair forth, buffeting the man's side and causing him to stumble. "I don't remember."

"Curse you Gulivan!"

The man stepped forth again and swung his sword again this time cutting the chair into two pieces. The pieces of weave-work split into loose strands as the man swung again. Richard caught the sword on the knife's hilt and drove it to the side before running it down the length of the sword. The man's eyes flew wide as he brought the blade high and struck a slash across the man's face.

The man dropped the sword and stumbled back, he put a hand to his face and drew it back coated in red. "You still claim you don't remember?"

Richard looked toward him and then away. "I'd rather put that part of life behind me. The world has moved on past the need for memories such as those."

"You still don't get it, do you?"

The man reached down and grabbed his sword as he did droplets of red stained his grey suit, ruining the fabric. He stood at a ready position once more. "This is the cost of apathy Richard Gulivan. Are you really content to do nothing, reject another call to run for Premier?"

Richard stared as the man raised his sword once more. "You really think attacking me, or killing me will help with that?"

"I'm only making the costs of apathy known, do you think I'm the only one fighting for my life here? We need an intervention against Kasirye!"

Kasirye struck first this time causing the other man to tilt his sword and jump to the side. Even still, Richard's knife caught his coat and tore a deep cut through the fabric. "So that's what this is about then. Kasirye."

There was no response instead the other man huffed and moved to bring the sword down toward him. The blow smote down on Richard's left shoulder. The blow cut through cloth, and flesh alike as the other man pressed down. Richard gritted his teeth and cried out as the silver slid against bone. The other man shouted, but the voice was distant and indistinct. "This isn't about Kasirye, this is about you! And the fact that the people need to pin their hopes elsewhere."

The silver drew back and Richard stumbled as well. For a moment his gaze flickered to look at the drowning sunlight which now warred against the mist and was steadily losing ground. The grey seemed to swallow at both the luminous rays of light as they ran out over the water and the sun itself. "Standing here, you still fail to realize Gulivan. And that will be your death!"

Richard's eyes widened as the man's eyes were frenzied by this point. The man's grey suit was now laced with streaks of crimson and tears. He breathed heavily as he raised the sword again and angled it toward Richard. In return Richard angled his knife and stepped close, driving the knife into the man's chest and pushing him back with his good shoulder, back past the ruined chair and glass shards and straight to the edge of the balcony which overlooked the city and the sea. The man was crying now, tears of blood and water reflected in the faint sunlight as the sun set into the mists, drawing colour from the world as it did. "Now you know what apathy costs Gulivan."

Richard's eyes flared and he threw the man over the railing and watched as he disappeared into the mists falling into the nothingness below for a moment before he leaned limply against the railing.

He stayed there for some time until he heard footsteps from the direction of the manor house behind him. He heard a sharp intake of breath followed by the sound of something clinking on the ground. His gaze swung upward and he saw a woman wearing a silver dress which billowed outward. Luce Morningstar. He looked on in silence for a moment then turned his gaze to the bag that sat by her side, clearly dropped. "You dropped your bag."

There was a flurry of motion and then he was holding Luce with his good arm and he looked into the growing darkness, seeing if there were any other threats. Then he wrapped his arm around Luce. "It's alright, I think we're in the clear now."

Luce stepped back and swept the observable perimeter with a quick glance. "I think you're right, but still what happened?"

Richard looked back and Luce held out a hand. "Wait before you answer."

She disappeared for a minute before reappearing with gauze and bandages. She reached into her bag and uncorked a bottle of vodka before pouring it over the wounds. He gritted his teeth once more as she grabbed the gauze and bandages and began tending to the wounds. "What happened out there?"

"Someone wasn't pleased, they wanted to open old wounds."

Luce's eyes flickered with concern as she looked to Richard, who in turn was watching the grey expanse now covered the mist, city, and the sea.

Meeting on Proxima Laborus

It was exactly 2:43 AM in the small town of Whitfield, the NCL's headquarters. Geoffrey Toussaint, along with his friend and most trusted general, Henry Hartford, was driving towards the Troy Newcastle Space Observatory, one of the best and most famous in the country. Toussaint wanted Hartford to see something he saw in one of his dreams, or as he likes to call them, "cosmic visions". Toussaint was vague about the whole thing, and Hartford wasn't particularly pleased to be rudely woken up in the middle of the night just to see whatever Toussaint wanted to show him, but he did it because he was his long-time friend. The vagueness of Toussaint also annoyed Hartford a little bit, since, most often than not, Toussaint would clearly explain all of his thoughts and feelings. But no, this time, he simply said to Hartford "I want you to show you something" while on the way to the observatory. What could be so grandiose and out of this world (quite literally) that Toussaint wouldn't even speak a word? Hartford had many questions like these, but so far, none of them had answers.

When they got to the observatory, Toussaint quickly got out of the car and stared at the sky for a couple of seconds, before telling Hartford to get out of the car.

"So, Geoffrey, what do you even want? It's like, almost 3AM, I was peacefully sleepi-".

"Shhh...silence, you need utmost concentration for this".

"Huh? What do you me-".

"Shhh...told you to keep quiet".

"Al...righty then".

Both men silently walked to the observatory and entered it. It was squeaky clean and brand new. It had been recently inaugurated by Toussaint himself a couple of weeks ago. Something Hartford had noticed on the inauguration of the observatory is that Toussaint was...extremely excited about it. He knew that his friend was a jolly and euphoric man, but at that time, he was so excited that he couldn't stop violently shaking his hands in sheer excitement. He had wondered why he was so happy about it, but he hadn't actually further questioned it. Maybe he was about to discover why?

"So, what do you want me to see?".

Toussaint didn't speak a word, he simply ignored Hartford.

"Well...maybe I'll get an answer later".

Something weird that Hartford noticed while walking around the observatory is that the telescope was already calibrated and positioned. Had someone already been here? This was supposed to be something brand new, never used before. It must've been Toussaint, he thought.

Suddenly, Toussaint stopped walking when he got right next to the telescope and turned around to see Hartford.

"Ok, now, you must be wondering my dear friend, why the hell did I wake you up at almost 3 AM on a cold winter night? Well, the answer is simple. I had a cosmic vision, a beautiful one at that, after finishing my latest writings about spacetime and the noosphere. In my cosmic vision, I was floating around space and time, visiting all sorts of dimensions and plains of existence. I managed to travel in time and unlock arcane secrets never thought before possible. I was like a god, a benevolent god of time and space. Anyways, the most important thing about this cosmic vision is what happened before I woke up. I was traveling around the Milky Way, discovering and appreciating all of its wonders, when I suddenly got transported to the star nearest to us puny humans, Proxima Laborus. When I was orbiting about Laborus, I felt a disturbance in the cosmic waves of spacetime, and I felt sick for some reason. Then, a loud bang was heard, an explosion so loud that no earthly thing could've made it. I closed my eyes and got scared, but after a couple of seconds, which seemed like an eternity, the explosion couldn't be heard anymore. When I opened my eyes, there it was, a fourth-dimensional being right in front of me. The life form was...well, I do not really know how to describe it, but it was like a massive blob that stretched for miles and miles. It had a blueish tint to it, and when you touched it, your hand went right through it and you could suddenly remember everything, and I mean everything. All of the memories you've made and will ever make were now right in front of you. The creature then suddenly spoke to me telepathically in a language I have never seen before in my cosmic visions. Its script and the way it sounded were quite extramundane in nature, something no human could ever make. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand what the creature was saying, but it seemed to be distressed. Maybe it was calling for help? Then, suddenly, without warning, I woke up, drenched in sweat, wondering what I had just seen with my very own eyes".

"Geoffrey...are you sure you're not making all of this up?".

"C'mon Henry, do you think I would be lying to you? I know this sounds like something straight out of a science fiction novel, but trust me, it's all real, and it happened to me, Cosmic Chairman of Time and Space, Geoffrey Toussaint. This must mean something, I know it".

"I mean, maybe it could've been just a coinci-".

"A coincidence? Don't think so. In past cosmic visions, I've been trying to communicate with fourth-dimensional beings, but to no avail. This time though, they've answered my call".

"I mean, have you been taking hallucinogens recently? Maybe-".

"I told you I'm not making this up, it was all real, it felt real, so it must've been real".

Hartford didn't exactly know how to react. He knew his friend was quite eccentric, but he didn't know it was to this extent.

"Anyways, Hartford, I want you to look at Laborus through the telescope, and tell me everything you see. I'll write it down, but make sure to tell me every single detail alright".

"Uhh...sure, I guess".

Hartford, an amateur astronomer himself, then proceeded to use the telescope to look at Proxima Laborus. The telescope was already positioned correctly, so he didn't even need to search for the star.

"So, what can I say, from its colors, I can probably predict it's an M-type star, and well...that's about it really. Unfortunately, astronomers haven't done a lot of research on Labo-".

"No, Hartford, I want you to LOOK at it, like, really LOOK at it".

"Alrighty then...".

Hartford then cleared his mind off any distractions and started to firmly stare at the star. Seconds passed, minutes passed, and Hartford didn't say a word while staring at the star, but suddenly, he uttered a word.

"It's...it's beautiful...I...I don't know how to explain how, but, it just is!".

"Hartford, try it, try to unlock the arcane secrets of the stars! I know you can do it!".

After saying these words, Hartford started to communicate himself in the language of the fourth-dimensional blob Geoffrey was talking about. Geoffrey then started to write down every single "word" that he could interpret from the language. Suddenly, after a couple of seconds of what seemed to be Hartford being possessed, he suddenly fell to the ground.

"Woah...the hell was that?".

"Hartford, I think you just got enlightened by the stars and the fourth dimension with arcane knowledge!".

"I told you I was telling the truth!'.

"Geoffrey...wha-what happened? What just happened?".

"I don't really know Henry, I just know that something is out there, and it is simply waiting to be discovered".

The Yakuza Chronicles, part III
A bald man with tatoos on almost all parts of his body is meditating in a traditional Ueshidese living room, dressed in a red velvet kimono. A knock is hear at the door.

Man: Enter.

A servant enters and whispers something to his ear. He nods nervously and bites his lower lip, as his facial expression changes to a very insecure one. A tear drops from his left eye.

Man: You shall pay for this. You shall suffer. I shall inflict pain on every cell, every molecule of your body. I am coming for you, Scarface.

Meanwhile, Scarface is sitting at his desk, looking at the pistol in his hand. A cigarette is burning abandoned in the ashtray, as the smoke expands through the room. Drips of blood flow down his face.

Scarface: It is over. It is over. It is over.

He closes his eyes, having strong flashbacks.

Suddenly, he is back in the trenches. He watches confused as the enemy soldiers dressed in olive uniforms flood the trench. Suddenly, one of them tackles him and puts him to the ground. He leaves Scarface trapped under him on the ground, and throws several punches to his face, as Scarface tries to defend himself from the hard fists. Suddenly, the communist soldier grabs a long bayonette knife and tries to stab Scarface. Scarface also grabs the handle of the knife, as he avoids the first hit. They both push the knife in the opposite directions. Scarface tries to escape, but is caught in the grip of the enemy soldier. Suddenly, his left hand slips off the handle of the knife, and the tip of the weapon slides across his face, from his cheek to his forhead. The communist soldier slips and the blade of the knife enters the muddy soil. Before he could react, Scarface grabs his pocket knife and stabs the enemy soldier in the eye hole. He falls on the ground, lifeless. Scarface feels the drips of bl*od on his face. He realises he lost his vision with the left eye because on the scar. He screams powerfully because of the pain, as he grabs a rifle from the ground and starts running along the trench crawling with soldiers from both sides enganged in hand to hand combat, spraying down every enemy he encounters, like a maniac.

A knock is heard at the door. The flashback ends.

Scarface: Come in!

Knife enters the room, accompanied by 10 kids, all dreessed in suits.

Knife: Your soldiers, as you request...damn, are you okay? You are all sweaty!

Scarface grabs a napkin and wipes his face.

Scarface: It's a bit hot in this room, that is all. Come on, sit down.

Knife takes a sit, as Scarface looks at the boys in his office. He has a sympathetic smile on his face.

Scarface: How many of you had fathers fight in the war?

8 of the boys raise their hands. Scarface nods.

Scarface: Good. Now, have you ever heard, among the conversations of your parents the word..."meth"?

The boys timidly look at each other. Scarface smiles, as he sees his plan take shape.

Everyone suddenly burst out singing;
And I was filled with such delight
As prisoned birds must find in freedom,
Winging wildly across the white
Orchards and dark-green fields; on - on - and out of sight.

Everyone's voice was suddenly lifted;
And beauty came like the setting sun:
My heart was shaken with tears; and horror
Drifted away ... O, but Everyone
Was a bird; and the song was wordless; the singing will never be done.

Songs of Liberation

Comes Bellator, upon the conclusion of the Senate debate in favor of the Futurists, immediately prepared 750k men for a northward march to the frontlines of the Outremerian Civil War. Battle hardened, disciplined, and equipped with the most modern technology available, including the new "Buzzard" Light Reconnaissance Aircraft and the FACM I, this army corps was perhaps the best fighting force of its size on the planet. The Legion's ancient marching songs can be heard as they march through Outremerian cities and towns. Many voices have joined their own with the Gladians: the Ingaevonii, once the Empire's fiercest enemy, the Brynerins, who stubbornly resisted conquest for many centuries, and finally, the Outremerian Exiles, whom pledged sacred vows to fight for the Empire against their own homeland. The cities of Outremer, once known for their beauty, had been turned by the Kerris Regime into dirty, smog covered microcosms of Hell itself, with the strain of war worsening this. Yet still, the marching Legionary can notice a spark of hope in the eyes of the Outremerian onlookers, as if acknowledging that, with the arrival of the Legions, the Darkness has nearly passed, and Light was on its way.

To the New King and the Miscellaneous

Traian recieves a response from Olivedrabia, stating that the Olivedrabian royal family, the Consul, and several Senators will attend Traian's coronation.

Putting Down Rabble

The nation of Tseusonningen's actions in attacking Olivedrabian commerce will not be tolerated, and as such, a squadron of 3 Battleships, including the INS Audax and 10 Cruisers is dispatched to Flandreport, as the Empire calls upon an international naval taskforce to be formed to guarantee the free flow of commerce in the Abyssal Sea.

The Old and the Young

Marcus Decius the Elder is smoking a cigar outside a building in Whitfield, commandeered by Comes Bellator as his headquarters in Outremer. He had recieved word that the 1st Legion had arrived in the vicinity, and was waiting for his son, now an officer in the Legions. The weather was showing the first hints of spring on the way, though Outremer was still very much in the grip of a northern winter, with snow covering the landscape. Glancing to his left, he notices a man in a tan trenchcoat identical to his own. As the man gets closer, he seems to be strikingly familiar, and only as the old officer notices the young man's brilliant blue eyes and jet black hair does the realization sink in: this was Marcus's son, just a young lad when last he saw him in person.

Finishing his cigar, he tosses it aside, and turns to face the Decurion, who salutes him. "Decurion Marcus Decius, reporting as ordered, sir."

The elder Marcus smiles, and returns his salute. "At ease, son. It's been some time, I hardly recognized you in uniform."

Junior grins, and shakes his father's hand. "I've been hearing that a lot lately. So, tell me, you're not actually summoning me for a meeting, right?"

Marcus begins to cross the cobbled street, his son by his side. "Technically I am, though the meeting will be just the two of us. You must be hungry, I heard your unit's shipment of rations is waiting for the railroad to be cleared of snow."

As the two men step onto the sidewalk opposite of Army Headquarters, Junior can't help but nod, he's had nothing but hardtack and beans on his march. "I am, but I'm afraid I don't know where the good food is around here."

Marcus gives him a knowing look, and nods in the direction of a small building to their left. "This is the best place in Whitfield. Come on, they've got a great beef stew."

The two step into the small restaurant, removing their tan peaked caps. A young, fair haired woman in a modest blue dress approaches them. "Ah, Marcus, we just cleaned that table by the window. Would you like your usual?"

Marcus nods. "Yes, I'd like the Beef Stew and crackers, with black tea."

Marcus and the young woman both look at Junior expectantly, and, not knowing what else is on the menu, simply says, "I'll have what he's having."

The young lady nods, and leads them to the small wooden table, situated beside a bay window. The fireplace is lit, providing warmth in contrast to the winter cold. After both men remove their overcoats, they take their seats across from eachother. Junior casts a glance back at the front counter, and gives his father a questioning look. "She seemed to know you well, how often do you eat here?"

Marcus leans back in his chair. "I eat here most days. Most of what I do nowadays is place requisition orders, have meetings with officers, and run errands for the Comes. No more heroics for me, I'm afraid. Matilda's a nice girl, she's engaged to a soldier fighting for the Futurists, and she works here as a waitress most days."

The two stop talking as Matilda brings them two porcelain cups of hot tea, both thanking her as she does. Junior resumes their conversation as he turns back to his father. "Matilda asked if you wanted your usual. Just how often do you come here and eat Beef Stew and crackers?"

Marcus takes a sip of tea, and smiles. "What can I say? I love a good stew."

WAR!

A month after the Novan Military began its mobilization and the government had acquired a sufficient number of enlistments from its propaganda campaign to sustain a potentially prolonged war, the Republic was ready to make its move. Motivated by the recent threats made against the nation by Max von Zendauen during the most recent Tseussoningenian pro-war rally, the Novan Republic offered to join the Marinokonese war effort with a mutually coordinated strike in the north to severely hinder or eradicate what was left of the already weakened Tseussoningenian Navy. With the acceptance of the offer and now working with Marinokoni, the entire might of the Novan Navy crossed out from within the Novan Sea ready to encounter the awaiting Tseussoningenian ships that had already been engaged by the Marinokonese. Without a formal declaration of war, At 23:00 on the 3rd of April, the first Novan fleet approached the flank of the already engaged Tseussoningenian vessels and begin to open fire upon the now surrounded enemy.

The Novan Republic has informed the Marinokonese that it will deploy infantry divisions to assist in the invasion once the transportation of troops and equipment is made possible without heavy interference by Tseussoningenian warships and dominance of the sea is acquired. Furthermore, the republic announced that it will gladly accept any volunteers from Ueshido and Serbatiya who wish to fight against the communist threat and forms the "Novan Foreign Legion" where volunteers will receive training and equipment to serve alongside the Novan Defense Forces.

The Royal Navy, which is currently located in Flandreport, is now ordered to attack Tseusonningen ships in the area while linking up with Marinokonese Forces and to start shelling the coastal cities of Tseusonningen as well to cripple the naval bases of the country. More troops will be sent to Flandreport to bring supplies and weapons and to train the local Marinokonese into the first Home Guard units of Flandreport.

Return the favor

The new continent was once again surrounded by war in the far east. This week, our allies in Novan decided to further protect their country from the communist scum in the east and declare war on Tsseusoningen. This move was appreciated by the Ueshidese diplomats, who considered the communists in the east of Novan, as well as those who have infiltrated the country, as a "great threat to the sovereignity of the allied Republic". The support for Novan in the war was also felt among the civillian population, as the state media used the ongoing conflict in order to yet again promote national-socialist values and "The holy war against communism".

Therefore, the leader of Ueshido has announced that a volunteer brigade of 4.000 soldiers with experience in the civil war will be sent in Novan to fight against the communist. Also, a complex package of guns, grenades, mortar and artillery shells will be sent to Novan, in order to help the war effort.

As the war is fought on foreign soil, it is expected not to affect our trade deals with Novan, as Ueshidese workers are set, according to our agreement, to build infrastructure in the south of Novan.

The Time is running out! Death is coming! The clock ticks towards midnight, towards our eventual damnation. Ruins are rising and the prosperity falls.

But where darkness is, there is also light. Someone will take the mantle, the followers will avenge us!

Long live Rossiean! Long live the Tsardom! God may have abandoned us, but not them, they will follow us.

Velkmershalia will succeed us! They will take our mantle, they are the chosen ones. LONG LIVE THE ROMANICHEAN BLOOD!

They were Born,Finally.

It was time of sorrow and rage in Marinokoni, as the troops of Tseusonningen passed by our nation, our people were dragged again into a senseless war, that is costing the lives of inocents and their families.
Fleeing from the Communist warth,Jadwiga and the Wielko Rada fleed to Nowaka Zejana, they were commanding the efforts of the war against the Tseusonnigenian threat, but all sadness would eventualy end this day.
As Jadwiga was forced to say calm to not lose the baby, the parliament worked to rule while she was occupied, but suddently she did sense nausea and her belly began to hurt, it was when they discovered the baby,or better, the babies were about to birth.
The Prime Minister Róża did contact Prince Nisso of Sloumorn about her nausea and say that the baby is amost giving a birth.
He did arrive and did presence the Young Jadwiga giving the birth to their babies

They were................ Girls.

They will still decide which name they will have(knowing they were born from a Slavo-Nipponic Mother and a Sloumornian father).

the Grand-Principality Strikes back

The last offensive antempt of Tseusonningen at Marinokonese seas fails as their navy is crippled at the naval Battle of Karafutjowa, which the Navies of Marinokoni, Novan republic, Al-sandlua, Olivedrabia, Kogurimaa and Az-bandai together destroy their ships there and push then into their sea,Protecting Flandreport from Communism.
Their retreat was disorganized so we take opportunity to launch an assault upon the west front, that results in the Battle of Leónowosk and the invasion of Southern Tseusonningen as we take Lehaussen, Passenber,Sonningenkessen and Tsauenpessen, as well battles at Peikanburg, Anhauen, Harbening and the seige of Nauenzig occurs as we strike at their troops and enter their territory with help of foreign legions as well the new Ueshido and Novan republic legions.
The bombardements of Nova and Al-Sandlua also makes their coast vunerable to attacks and naval invasions as well the rest of their navy that wasn't destroyed was shrunk by Olivedrabia as Olivedrabians enforced the word trade at the Hostilic Ocean.
Specialists says its matter of time to Tseusonningen fall as they were overnumbered by their enemies, thier navy was wiped out, mamy facctions inside the communist party fights for power and resistance against Max Von Zendauen rises as well an Muslim Frankonistani(Turkic peoples) Insurrection in Lue-zannen-Frankonistani Automomous Region explodes as Marinokonese troops enter Tseusonningean territory, its only a matter of time to Tseusonningen fall into another warlord period...

Just fishing.
While the wind blew the man simply sat down in his chair holding his fishing rod and enjoying his time there, he remembered how his life was when he was a child back in 1865, Astoniland back then was barely a nation that had anything at all, yet life was much more simple and enjoyable, but now he thought, there was loud machines, confusing people coming into his country and nations that fought alongside each other in the Great Coldonian War killed each other on the battlefield.

The man felt a deep nostalgia as the sea waves smashed onto the beach shore, his look far onto the distance as he remembered those vivid battles in the Sotnic isles, the machine gun rattling, and the horrible pain he felt seeing his friends day he was 25 and had so much to live for but any potential died in those isles, war was unforgiving he told himself. Still, he didn't hate it nor loath it, in fact, he missed those days for he wasn't alone, he had friends back then people to support him and give him company, his brothers in arms! But now what did he have? He was just an old man in his early 40s but with the physical fitness of a 60-year-old.

He didn't have any loved ones, his girlfriend couldn't wait for the man, and for all he knows she moved out West to the new big city and no one wanted a mess of a man so he never had kids to visit him, all his friends passed away in the war or just weren't the same simply being shells of those lively people he once played soccer with on those dirty fields scratching their knees and laughing hoping to play again, yes he made some Olivedrabian friends but he did not have the money to contact them or even know if they survived this new war.

He wanted to enlist again, go out, and re-live those memories where he was young, strong, and had many friends but his time had passed for he was 41 years old now and his eyes filled with tears knowing that soon enough other men will end up like him, sitting alone in a dock hoping to catch a fish to eat tonight and survive another day with no purpose to their lives, or their existence it was heartbreaking, but he must move on or else he'll fall behind and be crushed under the complex machines that are entering his peaceful life in these tropical islands.

He then felt the pull of a fish and railed it out placing it on his wooden bucket, he didn't wish to fish anymore got up and headed home looking for something to blame for his increasing miserable life he continued to relive those thoughts until he finally connected them with the one thing that has been killing his way of life, technology. Without the factories, those machine guns wouldn't have mowed down his friends, and he wouldn't have killed men in cold blood using nothing but a machete, it was those damned machines running the environment and other people's life and the government was funding it all, so he already knew what he had to do to preserve the peaceful way of life that he so fondly remembers.

And that night, some of his old broken friends came over.

Bloody Mountains: Compilation of War Reports Number One

(I'm going to adapt a new format to RP battles in a war. Some of you might find this format familiar if you remember the Olivedrabian Civil War from the first timeline, so all credits go to Olive for making this format.)

Henry Hartford's Western Report

Dated: February 22nd, 1906

Chairman, our offensive into the mountain passes of the Mounts of Oremus has been a resounding success. The First, Second, and Third Mountaineer Divisions were able to almost completely push the BoD's forces out of Col de Rostang (an important mountain pass in the Mounts of Oremus) and capture most of the small town of La Tour. While our troops are still trying to capture the far-northern districts of the town and the northern half of the mountain pass, we were able to capture the train station located at the southern end of the town, finally letting us fully take advantage of the railway lines that connect Aspatria and Bellencombre and letting us properly supply our troops and transport them. Unfortunately, the railway lines were purposefully damaged by retreating BoD forces, who blew up a good part of the line. BoD troops also used Scorched Earth tactics and burned down civilian farms, and although this doesn't affect us since we have a steady supply of food, this has lowered the morale of our troops due to the, quite frankly, horrible aftermath of the event. Bodies of innocent farmers were scattered everywhere and their cattle were brutally slaughtered. We believe this must've been perpetuated by the BoD's Sword Stormtroopers.

We have ordered our engineers to fix the damaged railway lines, although Olivedrabian High Command must be notified that their troops may not be transported to the front in time due to reparations of the line going slower than expected due to the harsh weather of the area.

Signed, General Henry Hartford

Parker Holt's Eastern Report

Dated: February 27th, 1906

Chairman, it appears that BoD forces have taken advantage of our side of the front not being properly reinforced yet and have launched an all-out offensive on our forces. The defense of the several mountain passes that we were stationed in, to put it briefly, has been a complete slaughterhouse for both sides. In more mountainous passes, our logistics completely broke down due to the weather, and our troops were completely pushed back and we even lost a vital train station in the town of Sanary, although we were able to recapture it a few days later. In flatter and slightly warmer passes though, our defense has been nothing short of miraculous. We were able to hold on to the important Col de Évenos and even managed to launch an offensive of our own into BoD territory, capturing the town of Cavaillon in the process and giving us access to another railway station. However, I doubt that we will be able to hold on to it for much longer, since, according to our recon troops, we've received reports of the BoD mustering new forces and preparing for another offensive, so we need to receive reinforcements as soon as possible if we want to have a chance at defending our positions.

Signed, General Parker Holt

The Yakuza Chronicles, part IV

The servant is sitting in his thermal, traditional Ueshidese bath, relaxing as the fumes go out of the hot water. He suddenly hears a loud sound from another room and opens his eyes

Servant: Who is there?

He sees a small shadow at the end of the hallway, who perishes in a couple of seconds. Very precaucious, he stands up, puts his sandals on and walks towards the place he last saw the shadow, suspicious. As he enters the other room, someone sneaks behind him and wraps a garotte wire on his naked testicles, pulling them tightly. The man screams of pain, looking with terror down there.

Scarface: What is a man without his balls, eh?

Servant (shaking uncontrollably): W-w-what..d-d-do you w--want.

Scarface: I know you are the servant of the head. I know he is coming for me. Now, you better listen, and you better listen carefully. Otherwise, you know what will happen.

A few drips of bl*od fall on the white, wet floor.

Scarface: You are going to give your boss a tip. Tell him I have business on the Arakira avenue next Thursday, at 7 PM. I will be passing through there in a small, white car. If he does not come for me, I will come back after you, and I will cut. Your f*ucking. Balls. Off. Do you understand?

The servant nods slowly, as he is shaking, and starts crying. Scarface lets go and dissapears out of the room. The servant falls on his knees to the floor, with both his hands between the legs, crying.

A few hours later, in the middle of the night, a car drives on a country road and stops a couple of hundred meters away from a brick building, in the middle of a field. Scarface and Knife look at the small depot from a distance.

Knife: I guess this is the hardest way, but gives us the most benefit.

Scarface (takes a drag from his cigarette): I guess so. Cheaper than a bribe. (throws away the cigarette, exhales the smoke and opens the trunk of the car, from where he grabs a crowbar. Knife grabs one too)

Scarface: Ready?

Knife: Ready.

The two put on some black baclavas, Scarface closes the trunk, and they both walk towards the depot.

Meanwhile, the bald man is sitting on the balcony, looking in the distance with a mix of disgust and sadness. He is wearing his black kimono, with a golden dragon sewed on the left arm of the cloth. The servant comes in and whispers something to the bald man's ear.

Bald man: How do you know?

Servant: My sources tell me he comes there every thursday. It is some sort of brothel that he is really fond of. He is a loyal customer. He usually comes there in the evenings.

The bald man nods.

Bald man: I see. Thank you for your information. You have proven you are a loyal servant.

The servant makes a plea and leaves the balcony, with an expression that mimics calmness. However, his eyes tell it all.

Something for the E.F to do.
The Astonilandian mercenaries at Flanderport began to grow bored, there was no action or really any need to defend in their eyes. The enemy navy was destroyed, and they were being pushed back, but they couldn't leave so they decided to well train the local foreigners noticing that their Arab counterparts had already begun their training on well the local Marinokoni population so why not help the non-Marinokoni population be ready too?

So without the knowledge of the government, they set up a training facility, not the best in the world but it did the job with a cheap fee for actual military training altho it wouldn't quite be the full thing it would still improve their chances at defending themselves, not only that but they also began selling the rifles they brought along no longer finding a use to bring them back home to be scrapped for newer rifles but what was not sold where the Maxims being considered too precious to be given away.

They would spend all their time really just doing this, and buying the supplies necessary to keep it running and make themselves feel fancier perhaps bring something back home or for other services which are only offered at night.

the Downfall
With the bombardment of Tseusonningenian ports and the destruction of the navy, the Tseusonningean morality was hit,the entering of Nova in the war also caught Max Von Zendauen in surprise,it was question of time to Tseusonningen to fall.
And this happend, after landings from Novan republic in the north, the People's Liberation Army was divided in two to fight both fronts, while the troops of Marinokoni Kogurimaa Ueshido and Astoniland advances south, the navies of Olivedrabia Novan republic Al-sandlua and Az-bandai wipes out the remmants of the once glorious Revolutionary Fleet.
The Province of Hurbessen was blitzed by our Marinokonese enemies and Anhauen, Peikanburg and Nanzig fell into their hands,as well Novan troops were confirmed to had commited gamming at Nanzig, and then the enemy fleets landed at our cities like Makauen,Kantauen,Hassenkanburg and Schengauen, suddently they all were marching to Zendauen....

the Colapse
Zendauen, September 15 1906

"we was dommed, losing on every front, losing all our men, and with one of our cities brutalized...
The Socialist World Revolution as Von Zendauen promissed was becoming even more impossible and we were sending our brothers to die in favour of this impossible utopia, our capital was even threaterned,we were losing time.
Then i decided to do one thing to save the nation.....
I did go to the Governmental Palace, i marked an reunion with the chairman to discuss the situation of the war, he didn't know it was a trap, before the reunion begins, i did go to his room and did see him with my own eyes, when i arrived near him,he questioned why i was here, when i pulled the gun,he was scared and screamed, and then....... I shoot him.....
He fell to the ground, the brutal dictator who killed many of his own people, our own comrades, crying then before dying he said..... "Why?"then he has fell for good."
-Kurt Hennepreussen - Diaries of a Tseusonningean Red Soilder, 1916

After the assasination of Zendauen, many revolts occuried across Tseusonningen, facctions such as the Nationalistic Kamaratenfront, other communists, social nationalists, monarchists, and even a new paramilitary facction of National-Futurists know as KdNV has pickes up in arms and asseted their control at Tseusonningean lands,in matter of seconds, violence has escalated in the country and the central government colapses, the allied nations takes the opportunity to sieze Makauen, Schengauen,Kantauen and Hessenkanburg as their cities and formes the Legation Cities Junta to administrate them, the rest of their army pillaged Tseusonningen and leaved the country as Tseusonningen fell in anarchy,as Tseusonningen fell in another Warlord Era....

Velkmershalia

The People's Republic (Prologue):

The People's Republic of Velkmershalia emerged from the carcass of the Old Monarchy's failure. The last King of Velkmershalia, Albrecht Schreier, and his circle fled the nation after the failure to contain the ever-increasing Republican Movement. One of the attributes of his failure was his unwillingness to make democratic reforms and improve working conditions and rights. Another one is the sheer corruption and nepotism that led to incompetent administration and anti-revolutionary efforts. In 1891, Albrecht seeing that he could not control the situation fled with his boy leaving behind an Ad-Hoc Catch-All Democratic Government under President Pavel Ševčík.

President Pavel has a short Presidency as different political parties started to form and leave the National Liberation Coalition (Nationale Befreiungskoalition). After a while, the remaining of Pavel's loyalists formed the Conservative, 'Strana Pro Tradici a Národ' or 'Partei für Tradition und Nation'. His base started to slowly dwindle and the other parties formed coalitions on their own, dividing NBK even further. The Revolutionaries on the Left formed the Proletariat Liberation Coalition (Proletarische Befreiungskoalition) with the goal of forming the First People's Republic. With instability rising, Stein Fredriksen and his men tried to launch a Coup D'Etat against Pavel's Government to restore stability and crush the Revolutionaries but were intercepted by the PBK who ambushed his troops.

This is what's disputed as the last straw as the Revolutionary Committee was formed to finally establish the People's Republic. The other side was the Federal Republic formed by a begrudgingly reformed NBK. The war raged between February 1892 and finished in the Summer of 1894. However, the war wasn't two sides, as different groups also sprung up during the Revolution with their own agendas. However, the Revolutionary Committee emerged triumphant and the Proletariat Dream could finally be realized.

The Revolutionary Committee soon reformed into the People's Congress and went ahead to organize the first elections for a new President. The First President of the People's Republic became Slavomír Šmíd, a very popular Revolutionary amongst the People, and the Party adopted less radical socialism than its counterpart candidate Lorenz Hoffmann. Slavomir's rule was generally gentle, bringing Worker and People's Rights to new Heights, promoting Suffrage and Women's Rights, giving amnesty to Centre and more Moderate Socialists and Leftist Groups, and minimal restriction on Human Rights compared to Albrecht's Rule.

However, as time passes, President Slavomir is getting old and frail, and might soon step down due to health issues, and the Congress seems more divided than ever as now another movement appeared called 'Krüger's Thought' coming from Karl 'Das Stahlman' (The Steel Man) Krüger, a Darkhorse Political Figure within the Congress that, unlike the general Internationalist Direction, he advocates for Nationalism and National Identity and Culture. He gathered a lot of support from the population and the Congress and moves in full force to take the Presidency, but the establishment will try its best to stop him.
