Despite the 2 correct options being outvoted by the "no" option, we will now TCALS unfair asks on low owner cards that traders may need for a collection.
Naturally, "unfair" can be subjective but we're talking asks of 25 on a 3 owner exnation here, or traders who have already expressed that they really don't care about completion of a collection or helping someone out.
