The PRF believes that there are a lack of ways for nations to engage in the region and with other Callistans. This is why the PRF believes in creating a non-toxic and casual RMB where all nations are welcomed and can freely contribute to OOC discussions. To achieve this, we must continue to ensure that there is a balance between lax RMB laws and a way to prevent arguments from getting out of hand via consistent moderation of flaming and baiting posts along with the right to free speech being paramount to our region, meaning that no one should face intimidation or blacklisting for a view that they have expressed as long as it is not discriminatory. A discriminatory ideology is defined as support for the removal of human rights of a group of people solely due to prejudice. We support the rights of all Callistans full stop.

Tenet 2: Interregionalism and Embassy Reform

Inter-regionalism is a core part of the PRF agenda and platform. We strongly support an ambassador system and esatblishing relations with regions that share Callistan values such as a mature regional political system, active RP, and/or active OOC discussions. We also support continuing the Callistan tradition of foreign neutrality regarding conflicts, however we continue to support anti-fascist operations and vehemently oppose establishing relations with any fascist or fascist-sympathetic regions. We believe an exception to be made to the foreign neutrality rule in regards to regions who partake in raids towards fascist and far-right regions. We also believe that all regions we form relations with must be accepting, inclusive and staunchly anti-fascist. We are also supportive of an inter-regional alliance with the Institute of Cellulose, Just Relax, and 001 Alpha Prime due to our longstanding fraternal relations with these regions for years.

Tenet 3: Limited Government

The PRF believes strongly in creating a government that is as transparent, efficient, and small as possible. We support creating a more official and streamlined process for non-government members of Callista to propose bills to the government via the MoDA, where they can either be approved or rejected by the Cabinet and then put to a vote. This will allow citizens to directly engage with and affect regional democracy beyond our current direct democratic system. We believe that keeping the government as small as possible will keep our region from becoming too bloated and rife with scandals such as BCK, and that citizen-led initiatives are better for grassroots growth as a region. Thus we are opposed to bloated government programs such as voluntary regional moderators and a regional military that serve solely to make governmental communication more confusing and bureaucratic. We will also continue to support the reduction of powers of the Tsar and wholeheartedly support the Tsar Political Neutrality Amendment and Tsar Reform Amendment.

Tenet 4: Roleplay Freedom and Advertisement

Callista's Role-play scene is one of our biggest strong-suits as a region. The PRF believes that we must continue to support our RP scene by encouraging inter-regional RP with other regions besides IOC, which currently has a monopoly on inter-regional RP with Callista. This would be achieved by creating embassies with predominantly RP regions and a strong advertising campaign promoting our RP led by ambassadors and the MOFA, along with working with other regional governments to bolster their regional RPs in Callista as well. We also support diversifying Callistan RP by encouraging independent RP that is not led by the MORP and giving the choice of having multiple different, citizen-led RPs along with the main one. This will give RPers greater choice and prevent our RP scene from becoming dry and stale.

Tenet 5: Multilateral Decision-Making and Direct Democracy

The PRF supports continuing to maintain that Head Justice and Minister of RolePlay must be non-partisan positions, and that the government must prioritize the well-being of Callista over their own personal ideals. To that end, we support multilateralism and continuing to demand that public consultation occurs for all government legislation so that it may be debated in a constructive and all-seeing approach. We also strongly support the right to political coalitions and are opposed to all attempts at limiting the rights of political parties to co-operate. We also support the direct democratic practice of voting on all proposed pieces of legislation along with government decisions such as major embassy closures, alliances, and impeachment.
