I just learned today that Master Shake (ATHF) and Gazpacho (Chowder) have the same voice actor.
Now we know why Ari did not want the HRP and USA to merge. Because he felt jealous and in an attempt to not lose power sabotaged the negotiations so they could have me and Cormoe for themselves. Now it all makes sense /j
Same
Expect a long rant about this new merger soon.
I have the secrets that you'll all want to hear
It ain't that deep, H's party never got traction and had identical policy points, maybe a bit more authoritarian in nature but still similar, to the PPC. I decided that it was the best for the reformist movement of Callista to be united. Now each political "group" in Callista (Balooists, Reformists, Boilists) have their own political party. It will make elections easier as well as I don't have to worry about making a coalition or alliance.
Your overthinking it
Now I'm curious
Then spit them out, don’t just stay silent lmao
What nation besides Baloo has the highest ACT score
What is that?
Let him cook
Me (I have no clue what it is)
Section 1
Noble titles are defined as an official title given out to an eligible citizen of Callista that will be entirely honorary in nature and will not give their recipient any official authorities. Eligibility requirements are that they possess Callistan citizenship (full or honorary), have not CTE'd at the time of reception of nobility status, and have no ongoing bans. Unbanned nations are eligible for a Title.
Section 2
There will be three default different noble titles:
i. Prince or princess shall be awarded to nations who have served or are currently serving as the Prime Minister of Callista, whether in a full term or interim capacity. Nations receiving the title may indicate whether they wish to be granted Prince or Princess.
ii. CountGrand Duke shall be awarded to eligible former and currently serving Regional Officers of Callista, however it will only extend to nations who serve in currently existing positions.
iii. Baron shall be awarded to citizens of Callista who have not served as a member of the regional government, but have contributed greatly to Callista in some capacity. Grounds for being nominated for Baron may include, but are not limited to; RP contributions, proposed legislation, ambassadorship, and defence operations in historical regions.Honorary Marshal for citizens who have protected Callista or Callista's historical regions
Section 3
A Noble Titles Committee shall be set up, consisting of five members who are appointed by either the Tsar or Tsarevich of Callista, to officiate the granting of noble titles to citizens. The Committee shall be responsible for determining if a citizen is worthy of Nobility status, and revoking Titles.
Section 4
Custom title names may be granted to nations that the Committee deems worthy, and may not be in a vulgar or insincere manner and must be approved by the nation receiving the custom title. Nations receiving a custom title name must meet one of the three required Nobility classes before being granted a custom title.
Section 5
A title may be revoked when a nation is banned from Callista or becomes deleted by the moderation team. Nations that CTE after receiving a title and nations that move regions after receiving a title will continue to possess their title, however nations that have CTE'd or moved before the passing of this bill are not eligible.
Section 6
Nations may only hold one title at a time. Their title depends on the ranking of the title that they have been granted. A nation who has both served as a RO and as a PM may only hold the title of Prince, and is ineligible to be Baron.Nations may hold as many titles as possible, however when being referred to in official documentation only the highest ranking title shall be used (for example if a nation is both a Prince and a Grand Duke, then they will be referred to only as a Prince).
Section 7
A dispatch shall be created that will enumerate all current nations with titles. Each nation who holds a title will have their own table and section that lists all held titles, their name, flag, and crown.
Section 8
Nations who have served as a Prime Minister and reside in a historical or affiliated region of Callista are eligible to continue to have a title even without Callistan citizenship, however this does not extend to Grand Duke or Honorary Marshal.
the noble titles bill repeal and replace is out now, please voice any comments you have on the bill.
It’s 👍🏼
An American standardized test out of 36 which includes math science reading and English. It’s a test score colleges like to look at. It’s usually taken junior year or senior year if high school. The average for dumb Americans is like a 19 or something
There’s no way Americans average a 53 on that. Their society would doomed.
Never took it cuz I don’t live in the US

I just got home, so It will probably be tomorrow
I am certainly looking forward to it. The pre-election lull is in full force so I need something to spice up the rest of march break. It's been super dreary so I've barely been able to even walk my dog so I've been confined to NS for basically the whole break.
I have been staying at home most of the time in my laptop doing projects, today I will be sleeping late just so I can actually do some progress in other projects

If everybody doesn't behave, I'm bringing back Barlyy
Welp, goodnight all 💤
[Keeping the tag since it is important]
It’s a side RP, which yes it’s new, and you can be part of both RPs as long as you stay active in both of them
No, because the ACT isn't exactly "anything above 80=good" like normal tests. The average of the test being roughly around the 50% mark is likely intended. Only 5% of people score above ~91% (33/36).
If you have a test where the average is around a 70 or 80, you have less room to show that smarter kids are smarter, and way more than is usually necessary to show that dumb kids are dumber, since there's only 20-30 points above average you can get, compared to 70-80 below average.
