Hey so I have an idea that would get tensions rising involving an Ambassador somehow getting killed so here.

Today Queen Samantha has asked that the King(?) of March noria to allow an Ambassador of her Monarchy to meet with leaders in March Noria. The queen one day hopes to make the trip herself and says this “Gets the ball rolling” We do not know how March Noria will respond.
With supreme authority in the hands of the Caudillo rather than the King, and with all levels of government authority suspended at the hands of the military, the ambassador is agreed to visit the March Norian state only under the discretion that maximum surveillance be undertaken to prevent any hostile and/or unfavorable actions against the state. Should these prerequisite be agreed upon, so too shall March Noria's stance towards diplomacy.

Queen Samantha and her advisors over look the terms and take a look at three candidates for the job. Two of which graduated from King's University in Toronto with another graduating at Columbia. In the end they go with Ginny Pieper from Columbia University, Pieper a 27 year old who has spent the last Nine years in college. Ginny was a smaller blond girl standing around 5’5.

Ginny receives a call at her apartment “Hello..” “Hello Ms.Pieper, You have been chosen to represent New Boniza in March Noria, You will be given a packet as you arrive at the Airport. You will he asked to head there immediately for briefing and will stay near there until a time and place for your arrival is given. Thank you for your time and commitment to the Bonizan way any questions?” Ginny paused for a second “Yes umm...” the phone call is hung up. Ginny gets into her car and heads to the airport where she is told her stance and information about March Noria.
The King paces back and forth upon his castle in the lands of Mexico-Tenochtitlan, powerless and utterly devoid of authority. By his lack of authority, he has been made a puppet by the Caudillo, made to wallow in lesser tasks. Today, in representing the nation in the face of another, he seems to hold a bit of pride restored into himself.

Ginny’s plane lands in March Noria, She looks over the packet more reciting lines to herself “In New Boniza we believe every able bodied man and woman should have to work to better the Kingdom as a whole” Imagining what March Noria would be like she let herself daydream for a minute. She had gone to Barcelona and Saint Petersburg before but she knew this was completely different. She would be the opening of a door that has never been opened. She knew she held the keys to that door. One day she would make her parents proud she knew it she sits and daydreams to herself. The Pilot walks in, “Ma’am it’s been almost three minutes since we’ve arrived, Don’t you wanna ya know actually do your job here or something?” She walks to the door of the plane getting a glimpse of daylight.
"Your Majesty, the outsiders have arrived."
"Very well, I shall be going then. And please, refrain from calling them outsiders. Won't be good for rep."

King Francisco XII would step out of his Royal palace, devoid of the usual golden glamour, instead clothed in a simple onyx-black suit and a single, lengthy rosary around his neck, a show of humility to the coming diplomat. As he strokes his hazelnut brown hair and adjusts his tie, he would simultaneously raise various signals, a signal for guards to move, a signal for chairs to be rearranged, perhaps last second fixes to make everything perfect. A captain-of-the-guard would approach the New Bonizan plane on horseback, and would raise his flag standard, signalling for them to follow his lead.
"I shall guide you to His Majesty, honorable diplomat. Do be well."

“Oh alright” Ginny takes in the views. Her pilot gives her a last glance before she leaves. He was ordered to stay with the plane. Ginny goes alone without knowing what’s ahead. She found it weird that she was greeted by a man on Horseback. She looked around taking in the scenes around her.
A fleet of about a dozen rows of roses greet the walkway leading to the palace, just in front of an immense audience which had been assembled to witness the meeting. At the front of the audience would be the Carlists and the state nobility, men of the highest echelons of national society, and behind would be the partisans and the wealthy. Still further behind these are the suffering men, hidden well enough to be unseen from the foreign eye. Such was how the poor are treated in the March Noria kingdom.
"You have made a wise choice to visit our grand abode, señorita. It may not be much, but that which is made wise is not built out of gold, is it?"
The captain would lower his standard and would begin walking down the walkway, closely observing the movements of Ginny. Cries are heard, in Spanish, in Latin, in crazed Basque, as people come to inspect the person of this foreigner who walks towards them. At the end of the walkway would be an immense grand stand, holding on it two seats. One for Ginny, another for the King.

It has come to light that the Prime Minister of the Korean Empire, Man Sang-Hi, is guilty of tax evasion and bank fraud. Man denies the accusations, claiming he would “do no such thing.”
The opposition, naturally, is using this to its advantage, boosting their own platform and calling for Man to be impeached. Ping Kyung-Ja, former leader of the United Party and current leader of the Imperial Revival Party, is the loudest of the voices calling for his resignation. Ping also asks that snap elections be held.
The Executive Council secret meeting in Izbien
President Delvito stands in front of the Council. While his term as President was popular, it was perhaps a necessity that he won. For this Delvito was much of a grand changer within the seen of Izbien politics, it was starting to realize his role within the multiple moving pieces of the higher government. While he, an elected official of Izbien, held accountable to the people, the voice of the people, and thusly seen as its head. This was not the case. Executive Council which was comprised of high ranking party officials of the most popular leftist parties in Izbien. Through working with them, Delvito had learned the true nature of government and the position of President. He was a pawn, to be the harbinger to the people of the plans of the Council and to be the Council's scapegoat if anything were to go bad there way. It was happy to take the position, but the moment he realized this was something he had to get through in his head quickly as to do this work well.
The Council sat around a long table at the end standing as President with his Commission of Foreign Affairs James Cooper. Ralph turned on the presidential and a large map of the southern border was drawn up. Several labels were on there indicating the locations of key border crossings as well as major cities.
"Begin the briefing Ralph," President Delvito said to Mr. Cooper. He took a step back to let him begin.

The Asian Coalition was the last alliance for Leftism. Izbien was the North American extension of that movement that started in the midwest. The nation is has adapted a lot of anarchist ideas. Over a strong government is still present in Federal run Communes, Coops, and the main Military, the foreign affairs of the council as a whole. The nation has been pretty isolationist since they been under the idea that: "We are the only nation that isn't capitalist so let's not screw this up" So they haven't tried fighting any conflicts. Forestia was a tough spot since volunteers left Izbien to fight there. There is currently a large illness spreading called the Beetle Plague which is basically you fall into a coma a develop calluses on your whole body that kills you.
