Samoer has started to build back its army, navy, Air Force and other military branches. Skelisae has reintroduced conscription, making all people age 14 and up serve 5 year military service in a branch of their choosing. Factories have started to produce weapons, such as the Samoerian Dewqr Model 2017, Samoerian Far’s Rifle Model 14, and Samoerian Bolt Pistol Model 2013. And tanks such as, FAVT 13, SERVI 12, and the SAT 98. Many more are being produced. Ships that were originally battleships or another kind of attacking ship that were repurposed are being reinstated as fighting ships. Skeli she mentioned that, “This. This is what Maxwell would have wanted! Samoer is a power once again!”

Total war is the idea that everyone in a nation commits to a fight. The idea that a nation would pool all her resources into a fight. This is the idea underlined in the Mercovian All Millitary Expansionist Amendment, with the abolition of neutrality and a massive pooling of funding into the millitary. Along with this, a trade agreement has been made with Trela, known as the pan slavic people's agreement. In a speech to the Mercovian Rada (A puppet government set up by Avery), the President has announced that the recent irredentist ideals of F&S has been a affective declaration of war on the Mercovian state, and while Mercov is not yet ready, she soon will be. Mercov will soon be ready to finish the job left unfinished after the Great Trial. Avery promises a return to neutrality and auturky after the Samourian Situation has ended, but that is dubious at best.
