WELCOME TO EARTH'S SOUTHERNMOST CONTINENT

Situated in the southern hemisphere largely south of the Antarctic Circle, LinkAntarctica is the fifth-largest continent. 98% of Antarctica is covered by ice.

On average, Antarctica is the coldest, driest and windiest continent and has the highest average elevation. Since there is little precipitation, except at the coasts, the interior is technically the largest desert in the world.

Would you mind telling us the backstory? For instance, there are 14 stars but they are on different backgrounds and different colors. What does the dagger/sword stand for? The compass is cool but doesn't represent Earth but may be perfectly valid if you are on another planet. On Earth, because the Antarctic is on the "bottom" of the Earth, technically all points are north.

Welcome to Milaredo enemie. It's a brave soul that settles on the bottom of the earth as the winter darkness approaches. Hope you enjoy your stay in our fair region. Help yourself to some drinks and cookies from the hospitality suite as well as a mask and hand sanitizer. \_/ (::)(::)

The compass resembles the abnormal because the compass only points north in Antarctica the 14 stars represents the 14 founders of the country, and the dagger resembles the struggle of colonizing Antarctica because of how relentless the continent is. The fading of the blue and yellow is to represent the fade of aging. blue = the icey waters yellow= cheek and neck color of the emperor penguin. the circles are also split in two because of the two political parties

You put a lot of thought into the flag's creation. It really tells your nation's story. Good job!

Glad to see you're still in the land of the living, Polar-bear and Iztajbele. Welcome back!

Apologies for the generic flag. Unfortunately I've been on a very long vacation and don't currently have access to my computer for the time being; I'll try to get it changed as soon as possible.
