DEFCON 1
While the Koroskvian nuclear arsenal has been waiting at DEFCON 2 since the outbreak of the CoR-UoFW war, with the arrival of nuclear-capable strike bombers over Soldrania has prompted the Kaiser, with the approval of his cabinet of Generäle, to move Koroskvy to DEFCON 1. Nuclear capable strike bombers are readied in Newfoundland, with nuclear subs moving into range off of the various Texan coastlines. Heavy payload ICBMs are readied in their bunkers in Newfoundland and Shetland, as well as extremely long range missiles in mainland Koroskvy. In orbit, satellites begin making small course corrections to move them into paths over Texas Texas. Both for targeting and for orbital launches of missiles and kinetic bombardment.
Despite the threat of MAD looming like a great cloud on the darkening horizon, the people of Koroskvy are not afraid. In addition to the plethora of nuclear bunkers throughout the Empire, Olivedrabian and Azorisian-made nuclear defense systems are brought online. 99% of missiles that are sent towards Koroskvy will be shot out of the air before they can detonate. They hold total faith in the technology of our allies, and should that fail, in the meters of concrete and steel above their heads.

Their deranged president has moved nuclear strike craft into Soldranian airspace and armed their remaining nuclear arsenal. This is a blatant act of war. I call upon you to take up arms against this truly mad nation, and to ready your own missiles, so that - should the need arise - the nation of Texas Texas shall be blasted back into primitivity."

With multiple refugee aircraft being shot down, Sam Houston with the approval of the CRS and congress declare war on who ever they are. He says he will follow up on his nuclear decree but will intend to use a a bunker buster nuclear warhead just to make sure their dead as to to prove a point that Sam Houston isn't joking.

Violators Shall Pay The Fine
Akumanga has issued a statement of warning to the RTT government due to violating the treaty which has now been established as law over the Roman world. Akumanga is very reluctant to provide direct support, due to the mysterious disappearances of hundreds of tourists and expats in Acapulco.

Seeing the troops re-arm, we attacked weak points using a series of tunnels to avoid seeing seen while we kept a frontline and them busy making it easier for us to ambush them at their trenches causing a bit of commotion after the attack the tunnel was sealed, homemade tanks, armored cars and more attacking the troops that hadn't been told sweeping with small pockets, suicide cars driving head-on onto defenses they knew it was time the CRS should fall, and with it the soldrania, they knew the CRS wouldn't be happy so they readied their gas masks, and protective equipment even hazmat suits they were ordered to stand their ground, the legion shall not back down!

The legion was confused by the mountain "raiders" shooting planes so they tried telling the CRS to give them calls and chatting to the best of their ability since we didn't speak English, and those who did were low ranking infantrymen it was very confusing for the legion to explain they had stopped well shooting down planes and they had freed the civilians, it was a rare occasion they didn't do a crime, but they couldn't act on their word the war had to restart it, it was just a now a matter of time before the mountain men would get destroyed by the unstable RTT.

The legion citizens tried keeping has many azorisians in, they knew if they left everything was lost, they were taken to a bunker and given an AK-47U, they went to such extremes has bought up tickets, of course, some escaped away, all the docks were also blocked using old ships to avoid any escape it was all very chaotic, many of this was done through bunkers deep underground, Lucia must stay, those who were easily caught were really just kept to make sure the Azorisian government didn't utterly destroy us, many old guerrillas put their gas masks to use and changed their filters before entering their bunker, the reactors would leave nothing at their path a single living thing.
The end of the legion, it just starts!
Protests began becoming violent and more increasing, marches with weaponry through cities and firefights with local police and soldiers, it was chaos beginning, molotovs being throw looting utter anarchy with now the romanichean mercs splitting onto two bigger factions, one rooting for making the land ready for a romanichean conquest and tried contacting the mainland to get their support, all aid was valuabl, and the other to keep the land has it's wanting to still profit massively so they began setting up defenses in the villages, either way, there was an impending fight between the two, radicalization also began with groups re-surging like "The Soldranian League" and militant groups re-arming this was defiantly the end of the soldrania many thought those radical groups advocating for soldranian domination began aiding again the CRS, using small speed boats and brilliant tactics to literally explode CRS ships and damage them they could care less about themselves knowing that the soldrania was at danger, while more suppressed groups like the communists and socialists fought against the legion and other warlords it was a civil war without it being declared, the A.R.N workers straight up said "Screw it" and some fleed with little A.R.N equipment they had into their home or stayed in the bunker the nuking was gona happen anyways, why worry for the station? of course, they took a huge bite out of the A.R.N has they were now only spending and not receiving back, their cheap labor was gone and their mercenaries either had joined a warlord, made their own, even joined in the A.R.N bunker but they sure did little to protect other than open fire on anyone entering the unlooted underground, it was chaos.

You shall not harm those refugees
with the increasing attacks on refugee ships, CRS and RTT Naval frigates, which are well equipped to deal with these speed boats, are assigned to provide escort for the refugees against these "pirates and terrorist" but many of these are required to protect the fleets support ships, meaning it will mostly be RHIBS from the RTT and CRS navy/coast guard and CRS coast guard RB-M boats armed with M134s miniguns or M240Bs (both of these are chambered in .308/7.62-51) both of which may not be as fast as 50 knots (average speed of a speed boat) but are only 5-7 knots slower but their strategy is to shoot out there engines and crew so being behind them is best. These will be seen in increasing numbers in the days to come.
Answering the Call
Boris Ragnarson was at his desk reading reports when the Secretary of Foreign Affairs burst through his office door.
"A message from Koroskvy! The war's not over!" He reported while handing Ragnarson the message.
"Why'd it have to be in Latin," the Secretary of Defence muttered, "Ah, so Texas Texas breached the treaty." Ragnarson looked up at Sköldpaddason. "Inform Kaiser Hohenzollern that Hjalm will not be participating in the war, although we will send our support. I wish to send 1,000 Hjalman soldiers to Soldrania. The Soldranain military shall be able to direct these soldiers as they see fit."
"I shall inform both Koroskvy and Soldrania of your plan immediately," Sköldpaddason said as he left Ragnarson's office.
