IC: A very curious thing has occurred.
The night before Luis arrived in Ohio (via the publicised way if there was one), a flock of Postmen appeared from the woodwork with large trucks and began putting up all manner of decorations. They were...surprisingly patriotic. Large slogans supporting the president ranging from honestly patriotic ("All hail the chief!" "Praise the Admiral") to...a bit silly ("All Pez belongs to the Pres'", "Luis! Go home and kiss my Husband/Wife/Partner!").
When the police arrive, they attempt to negotiate with them that they are "delivering" Luis a good time. When the arrest warrants are presented, the postmen ask on what legal basis.
When it is identified that they are disturbing the peace, a representative steps forth and begins informing them that they aren't disturbing the peace; they're mailmen, delivering the mail. Likewise if supporting the president is disturbing the peace, then it seems rather foolish to actually arrest all the individuals in Ohio who voted for the President of the United States.
However the 723 Postmen in Ohio accept their arrest and go to the police station holding cells, where they begin to loudly sing all manner of songs from patriotic American marches to more...lewd...songs. All orders to be silent and stop are rejected under the basis of "we can't hear you" when clearly they could hear them considering they answered their question. All written orders are rejected on a basis of "we can't read because the education system is trash".
Throughout the entire night, they sing cheerily, stating while they have the right to remain silent, they will not exercise that they're right.
The precinct gets noise complaints. Many noise complaints. A simply excessive amount of noise complaints. An overwhelming amount of noise complaints.
This doesn't stop the postmen, because there's more than 723 postmen in the United States. When the President actually arrives in Ohio, more postmen appear and begin to cheer on the president as he makes his speech, waving large flags with all manner of images of the President; Luis the God Emperor of Mankind, Luis as Napoleon, Luis as Caesar, Luis as Superman, Luis in a...er...very...er...intimate relationship with...er...George Washington, Luis in a similar relation but with an anthropormorphised F-35, Luis eating a burger for some reason.
At the end of the speech, one postman with a comically large array of speakers and a microphone almost destroys everyone's eardrums by saying "The Peculiar Postal Service shall serve the US with dignity!".
All the Postmen are then promptly arrested.
