Referendum Notice:

A referendum regarding modification of the Refugia Revised Statutes has been submitted, entitled Bureaucracy Waits For No-One, Or Perhaps It Does, authored by A Million Dreams and seconded by Junitaki-cho. Having met all requirements, a vote is triggered at this time and all Member States are entitled to vote on its integration into Refugia's system of law.
