In an act of goodwill, the Empire of Templicia, the Ministry of the Environment, and the newly-founded Imperial Commission on Serpentine Specimens (created solely for this express purpose), will send to the Democratic States of Snakefield the entirety of its snake population. This should be sufficient to replace the lost individuals and bolster the national population as the state works out how to defy ophiological mortality without the snake populace being any the wiser. Just in time to aid the Leader's political campaign ;)

We also express our sympathies regarding serpentine souls being lost in the wilderness. We face the same issues--I assure you, it is normal. The woods are in-vogue, caverns are the new coffins.
