This court finds there to be sufficient cause to warrant opening an investigation into the allegations that the government of Ajakanistan conspired with terrorists committing violence in Pavuturilor. The court grants the letter of invocation and orders that the Ajaki government surrender the Naval Minister, Supreme Leader Kariev, and other officials responsible to the custody of the court for an investigative preliminary hearing into the matter. The Ajaki and Pavu governments must present required evidence to the court's prosecutors by the end of November so that a decision on whether or not to prosecute on these charges.
