The world was truly reading itself for yet another war. The Avani however were determined to maintain the defense of their Isle, and the dominance of the skies to belong to the winged beings. Cutting spending from the navy, the rerouted funds began going into extended factories for air production. Hitting eleven thousand fighters midway through the year, and six thousand bombers within the same time, there was only so much that could be done before the Giant awoke from its slumber.

Beakolini requested Frostwindia to begin working on Avani fighters for the defense of the Islands it thrives on.

With this extreme wave of build up, the army began to seek a increase in funding to beging placing more rifles in the hands on conscripts. To boost public moral, military parades were held to show off the new Avani uniforms and weaponry.
Unfortunately for Catherine, she began to notice a slow withdrawl of Avani naval requests as the budget began getting tighter and tighter around them. Because of this withdraw, the price of bread nearly reached 8 Tiber coins a loaf, this sent the public on an outrage. While there was not riots or protests, the people still were happy.

RP: Frostwindian Air-force? (Frostwindia)

Queen Akulda accepts to help but requests to have factory's built on Frostwindia to help in production and to boost Frostwindian Air Force for common defense of the Islands.

RP: Shifting Focus

Queen-Regent decided to shift focus from Military to civilian ship's trying to shift to keep economy rolling. Queen-Regent Catherine hopes to meet Beakolini again for a diplomatic campaign between the two leaders in Whiskwindina.

RP: New Rhine - Final Preps.

Marine Garrison is increased from 1,000 to 2,000. However no further militarization on island is done. Defenses remain the same. However 12 Fighter Jets deployed on Civilian runway are painted for an "Airshow". The finishing touches for the Missile Sub Pens are being done as stationing of the Missile subs are being done. Orcana Governor is still maintaining a tourist policy. Stockpiling of weapons and Ammunition is being done.

RP: Hyper Militarization - Airforce Investments (Final War Build Up Part 18)

Queen-Regent Catherine has pulled up the phone calling her husband to pull him out of Retirement. She needed the Marshall back to help prepare the Army. She talked for hours and eventually Hemlock agreed to return.

Massive investment in Icewindian Air-force even if debt is being taken on is being done. Queen-Regent is moving to heavily increase production of Air-force and building more airbases. The Final war... the Final Crusade is coming.... Catherine walks around the Bunkers wondering. Hopeful her and her Husbands preparation is worth it.

Stockpiling of fuel piles in fuel depots and air-force training is underway. War is coming.... perhaps the last in Tengerina.
