A quick message is sent to Ambassador Bates of the Solaria Alliance.
"Ambassador, we've obtained few peculiar materials which have encouraged us to open up trade relations once more. We can provide more details if you so wish and are eager to hear back."

Another message is sent, but this time to Catoliaca
"To the esteemed feline nation, this is the Eternal Dominion. After a few discussions within our government, we've come to an agreement for the continued import of your metals. If you wish to discuss more specific terms and such, please don't hesitate to return a message."

Bates carefully reads over the message sent to his office, and then promptly drafts a reply:

"The Alliance would certainly be interested in these peculiar materials you talk of. If possible, as much information about them would be appreciated so we can determine how useful they are for us and for national companies."

"Additionally, with the construction of our military base in Sargasso, our armed forces have expressed interest in conducting a joint exercise, of ground and potentially naval nature. Should the Dominion's government be interested in such an idea, we eagerly await a reply."
