Soon, Gankands shall be one of the most advanced nations in all the multiverse of regions. Soon, Gankands will have schools better than all anywhere. Later, the intelligence of the average Gankandsian will get to 1% hanging on to Public Education's very long coattails. (I have just now got the 5% stat badge for Intelligence.)
