Destroyer Arrives in Beresa, S.C.B., Amid Alecburgh Crisis

Alecburgh's government prepares for a significant incursion into the self-declared republic of Cambria, Emmiria reinforced its WEDA Allies in 
Saint Croix and Bens by sending the destroyer ENWS Makhat to join the 
Zamastanian and 
Albarinean forces already present. The Makhat docked at Beresa Naval Base in the port city of Beresa in southern S.C.B. alongside the Zamastanian ZMS Guild and ZMS Shorthand and the Albarinean vessel ANV Auerbach. Additionally, 100 Emmirian troops landed at the base, increasing total WEDA forces present at around 900.

Drambenburg clinched a victory from Emmiria in a close 1-0 defeat that left Emmiria's World Cup hopes in the dust. After defeating Qolaysia in the Group of 32, it had hoped to advance into the quarter-finals. However, intense defensive and offensive drives by Drambenburg in the much anticipated Group of 16 battle left Emmiria scrambling, and they were unable to answer Drambenburg's only goal for the entirety of the game.

As Alecburgh's Government Prepares for Civil War, Emmiria Reinforces WEDA Allies
BERESA - As Alecburgh's government prepares for a significant incursion into the self-declared republic of Cambria, Emmiria reinforced its WEDA Allies in Saint Croix and Bens by sending the destroyer ENWS Makhat to join the Zamastanian and [nation][nation]Albarine[/nation][/nation]an forces already present. President Sulaiman has reinforced the S.C.B. government under President William Urskabau with the rapidly advancing tensions as Alecburgh's civil conflict turns to the worst. Following a string of terror attacks across the city of Aires in Alecburgh, Prime Minister Sparrow Creed has deployed forces to quash resistance from separatist forces. Sulaiman reportedly called the Prime Minister to urge her to stand down, but such efforts went unanswered.
Foreign Minister Naadir al-Shaikh is in Saint Elmenau, the S.C.B. capital, to discuss greater cooperation between Emmiria, S.C.B., and the WEDA organization. There are rumors swirling that talks are in the works to establish S.C.B. as a new WEDA member state, since Sulifa and Andaluni were recently included into the organization. The expanse of the organization is expected, as S.C.B. stands diplomatically isolated in its corner of the South Adula sub continent. The Trans Toyana Prosper Alliance and Southeastern International Adula Association are increasing in their militarization in the region, and foreign interference from Drambenburg and Beleroskov has resulted in S.C.B. turning to Zamastan, Albarine, and Emmiria for more direct relations.
