In my opinion from what I have seen, the problem with your role-play is that it doesn't leave much options for others to incorporate themselves into your role-play. Try establishing background and lay out what you want to see from others first so that people can understand what is happening and how they can insert themselves into your role-play. I am guessing that part of the reason why people are not collaborating is because they probably don't understand your nation or the events that are happening or they do understand it but it is of no consequence to them.
However, you also made it clear that you refused to take other's critiques and opinions and that you were unwilling to compromise with people who wanted was interested in your RP. Remember that part of role-play in TWI is collaboration. You must be willing to actively seek out ways in order to incoporate other people and take their opinions as constructive. We do understand that you were in a bad position back then but rather than faulting others from not joining or collaborating with you, try identifying what you yourself can do in order to gain back the trust of the members of the region.
I'm sure you are very creative as I have read your work and you have this drive to create something. I do have to commend you on that. Given time and improvement, I'm sure you can do the best with what you have. Though, please loosen up.
In the meantime, I highly suggest this and to join other TWI collaborations as well. Also, interact with the RMB. Talk to people about your plans before doing them. Research and read. Share your ideas and let us be a part of what you're doing rather than just dictating what you want to do. You can do a lot with that.
