To explain it easily, it is like extempore/rural Sumerian, having been adapted for eternity by the common, non-urban peoples.

And as for, "studying" it, I never studied/learned this language in school. I would put that I am community taught.

I wish I was any good at languages. I'd love to learn a few.

I mean languages are very useful, beyond the obvious they also give you an insight into a culture, its history, and can even help change the way you think about certain things.

Unfortunately when it comes to languages my brain is like a sieve, and I can only ever remember random words or phrases.
