Hope things go well for The Embassy

If not, we really should either create our own The Embassy or make this region an Embassy Hub Region. We only need to add onto the existing block of embassies that we already have. I know that would be a goal or a very time consuming task to start on, but it is an idea. Our Embassy Matrix is almost complete, so that might be an idea.
