The MFA of the FEUSSR will attend the UAN session.

The FEUSSR proposes a motion to enact the following sanctions on Orange-bourgogne from all UAN member states:

embargoing of arms and related materials to the UKOB;
bans on the export of aviation and rocket fuel to the UKOB;
bans on the trade of gold, oil, precious metals, and diamonds with the UKOB or associated entities;
bans on the export of luxury goods to the UKOB;
restrictions on financial support for trade with the UKOB via the freezing of UKOB-owned assets, the removal of public subsidies for companies of the UKOB, or further;
restrictions on FDI towards the UKOB via limitations in the share of companies' equity capital across the board, and/or nationalisations and expropriations of UKOB assets as recompense for stolen goods;
and the prohibition of certain UKOB individuals from entering the territories of UAN member states.

This is due to the imperialist theft and/or pillaging of the following national treasures and/or cultural artefacts:

• The burning of the Old Summer Palace, an intangible, irreplaceable cultural artefact that was destroyed in the name of European greed;

• The looting of the Haiyantang Zodiac fountain with its 12 bronze animal heads (currently in the Musée Chinois of the Palace of Fontainebleau, Labyrnna - the heads of the rabbit and rats were returned to the National Museum);

• The burning of bronze vessels, daring back to the Shang, Zhou and Han dynasties that were up to 3,600 years old in 1860;

• The Forty Scenes of the Yuanmingyuan (currently in the Bibliothèque nationale de France, Labyrnna);

• The Admonitions of the Court Instructress;

• $20 billion USD in reparations and restitution as recompense for looting by the British Legation in the Boxer Rebellion of 1900;

• Around 1.6 million looted Qing antiquities which currently reside in museums across the world, with more than half (~0.8 million) from the Old Summer Palace itself;

• and other looted antiquities yet to be named or identified.

We formally submit the city of Byzantium as a central location for the summit on discussions and reclamation efforts of objects of importance from UKOB instead of Geneva.

Byzantium is a city capable of hosting such a summit and can offer the utmost security. Byzantium is not just a city of Hellas, but a city of the world.
