RP: aid to fellow Republicans

After a close vote in congress The Republic of Moonflower has chosen to offer military aid to Schwypia Republican freedom fighters. Moonflower offers to send the 74th Armored division, the best equipped and trained in our nation, to Schwypia under the command of General Charred Leaf. If accepted the Schwypians would be put in charge of the 74th and where it fights. The division is 10,000 soldiers strong and equipped with 320 T-55AM-1 main battle tanks, 250 BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles, and 80 MI-24 hind gunship/transport helicopters.
