Normally it takes a nation or two to engage with the rest of the subregion and OOC drum up activity - as you’d imagine then, subregions like eterna increase or decrease in activity because of the existence or absence of those particular kind of roleplayers. The exciting thing about being in a less active area means that you can step up into that role :)
