Yes! I'm still working on the history of Manan, but the concept is that during the 1550's, Korean merchants come to Mananban and introduce the Hangul script. Over time Hangul becomes popular, but in order for the Hangul script to be properly used, Mananbanese had to be adjusted to work with the script. So...yeah you could say that Mananban is based off of Korean, if not heavily influenced.
