Cervania simply says no, and tells the traitorous Icewindians to leave Cervanian Interests in the hands of Cervanians.

It also claims that if Icewindia does not remove their troops in less than 48 hours, it will be considered an act of war, with Icewindia as the aggressor, as having armed Icewindian Soldiers in the land of others constitutes an act of aggression and an act of war.
