a) Shouldn't you thank Elon Musk & SpaceX instead? It's not like Trump actively increased NASA funding or persued another manned spaceflight outside of what we already do with the ISS.

b) SpaceX isn't a government entity so anything they do isn't the responsibility of the US Government (or Trump for that matter). If NASA did it, THEN thank the government. Otherwise, this is effectively corporate space travel ran by an inane South African rich guy who thinks making electric cars with fart noises is funny.
