Region: New Coalition of Nations
Decree of His Majesty the Grand Duke Otrurg, Duke Dreisgau and Rubrein Ferdinand II August.
From this day on November 12, the Grand Duchy of Otrurg-Dreisgau-Rubrein has entered into a trade and economic agreement with the Grand Duchy of 
46566 and joins the Ducat Union, in view of the economic crisis in which the Grand Duchy has been in recent times. We are pleased to announce the beginning of close economic cooperation between our countries.
Preamble:The Union is a agreement between the signatures to have the same currency and same economic goals on a larger scale. The alliance will determine the exchange rates for new nations seeking to join the economic union or each nation that each member trades with.
Act 1 Currency
A) Each member of the economic union is required to use the Ducat as their standard currency
B) Each member agrees to not purposely weaken the value of the currency.
C) Each nation is free to choose there own reserve currency as they see fit
D) Banking practices are to be standardized for things like internal state loans and state to state loans.
Act 2 Trade
A) Each member nation agrees to free and fair trade among the member nations
B) Each member nation agrees to free movement of people among member nation population
C) Each member nation agrees to free movement of goods within the alliance
D) Each member nation agrees to no tariffs among member nations
Act 3 political
A) Each member nation gets one(1) vote in union matters
B) Applicants must be accepted by more then fifty(50) percent of member nations
C) All member states can invite other nations to the Ducat Union
D) The treaty can be changed at any time by majority vote.
