Kilthanpur - Slots at the small Kilthanpur International Airport has been given to Awellian Airlines, the flag carrier of Awell islands to operate thrice-weekly flights from Male to Kilthanpur that will take two hours.

Awell Island's President Vidhi Modi is pleased upon the new deal reached and has a goal to have a once daily flight to Kilthanpur soon in order to strengthen ties and tourism.
