PRIME MINISTER ALEXEY DYUMIN REVEALS NEW Alzarikstan-Canovia AGREEMENT

_{After extensive communication, Prime Minister Alexey Dyumin hereby announces that the Union-State of the Empire of Alzarikstan and the Kingdom of Canovia have agreed on a proper protocol to implement first steps toward a proper detente. At this current moment, the Kingdom of Canovia is the third European country, along with Bulgarian romanian republic and Lux lumen, to seek a reversal of tense relations with Moscow in the pursuit of more European peace and prosperity. As part of the agreement, the Kingdom of Canovia and the Empire of Alzarikstan have agreed to maintain and expand educational cooperation and partnerships to further increase student exchange programs, study abroad, and other education initiatives. In addition to education initiatives, the Kingdom of Canovia has agreed to completely rid of travel restrictions between the Danish Kingdom and the SGRI and reduction of barriers for tourism. The final agreement between the two countries would be joint cooperation regarding maintaining the Arctic environment and conduct joint science initiatives to observe climate change patterns and evaluation of animal species. The SGRI Ministry of Foreign Affairs have indicated that they are thankful for the openness demonstrated by the Kingdom of Canovia and hails these series of agreements as a proper framework to ease tensions for a much better, peaceful Europe for all people.}
