To King Curufinwe
I have send an invitation to King Minyatur. I will write you again when we depart into your realm. I wanted to inform you that an envoy will be camping in the White Downs near the Shire and will be aiding King Minyatur in helping to ease the worries of the Hobbits. I await our meeting in Hollin so we may resolve this prediciment and come to the greatest friendship between our three nations.
Until we meet my kinsman,
Cirdan

To King Minytur and his people
My king I wish to invite you to the congress in Hollin with King Curufinwe and his people so we may resolve are differences. Though he did specify that he would only see you personally as the representative of Arthedain. Thus if you find that this endeavor is a risk to you safety know that you may select any elf from amongst our people as your representative, or if you want an armed guard you may choose any warrior you want, and as many as you deem fit for your safety up to anything that may seem like an army. You'll have to excuse that my kin seems brash and I don't want him thinking where on campaign. Also I will be sending rangers discreetly into his realm to gather any information King Curufinwe may withhold from me. We may rendezvous in your realm at a place of your choosing. Lastly, Magolhir will be encamping west of the Shire at the the White Downs to encourage the Hobbits. They seem to be the most panicked but if reassurance from an Elvea-Falasse delgation is needed else where do let me know. Also the Frostbeard Clan our allies of us and mean you no harm. Though your uniting of those that dislike King Curufinwe has startled them. I'd suggest opening up relations with them as soon as possible.
I await our fellowship to Hollin if you so choose,
Cirdan

"Gwilwilether, Captain of the Rangers you already know how sensitive and risky this mission is. However given the credibility of the accusations against our kinsman Curufinwe we need to be sure we have all the information. However we do not want to startle or enrage King Curufinwe."
"Indeed Cirdan."
Thus a plan was divised for several parties each of a handful of riders. One was to ride southeast along the coast and survey the locals for word on the lorship of Curufinwe, they where to stop at the Fords of Isen, another would go through the forested regions of central Eriador and also survey locals. They where to go to where the Swanfleet River forks and go into the foothills of the Grey Mountains to ascertain the validity of Arthedain claims of slavery and cruelty towards dwellers in the Mountain passes. Gwilwilether herself was part of this band, and she and several others where to go into the minor cities of King Curufinwe disguised as locals and get word of their elven kin.

Move the 850 troops in South Lindon and join up with the troops in Mithlond.
