It has been 9 days since President Gisbert Alcabú was executed by the Creeperian government and many military officials are unhappy with the unproductiveness of the Andrés Andino Cazalla Presidency. Aarón Arnal Semprún lead half of the Free Creeperian Army with the goal of toppling Andino Cazalla and establishing Revolutionary Restoration Movement as the head of state and government of the Provisional Government-in-Exile.

The remaining military, still loyal to Andino Cazalla, fought back and forced the army under Arnal Semprún to flee. Arnal Semprún declared that his armed forces will no longer be a part of the Free Creeperian Army, forming the Revolutionary Restoration Front (Frente de Restoración Revolucionario, FRR), withdrawing all support and membership of the Creeperian Government-in-Exile. The Creeperian People's Popular Party and the People's Political Party followed the Revolutionary Restoration Front and merged into the FRR.

President Andino Cazalla denounced the selfishness of Arnal Semprún declaring him a supporter of the Creeperian government. The military forces loyal to Andino Cazalla, however, wanted to control the government themselves and expelled Andino Cazalla from the government and ordered his immediate arrest. Andino Cazalla and many politicians of the Creeperian Patriotic Movement and the National Restoration Alliance fled Syrina and began to make their way to territory controlled by the Rally for Lyoan Democracy with the goal of escaping to exile in Terranihil to continue the opposition government.

The military, lead by General Eliécer Ubico Ayala, declared the abolition of the Provisional Government-in-Exile, the Parliament-in-Exile, the House of Senators, the House of Councilors, and ordered the immediate arrest of all members stating that the politicians allowed politics to prevent the Free Creeperian Army from restoring the legitimate government in Creeperopolis. Ubico Ayala declared war on Revolutionary Restoration Front but offered peace and cooperation to Mara Salvatrucha in their common goal to establish a legitimate government in Creeperopolis.
