The Asauroaust Kingdom joins the East West Mediterranean Alliance!
King Khodavandi II has made the decision to join the East West Mediterranean Alliance, to better his relations with nations surrounding him. He claims "the Byzantine Empire is a great empire, and a nation we should strive to be allied with. They will be a great ally to the Asauroaust Kingdom!"

King Khodavandi II travelled to Byzantine and shook hands with Emperor Justinian, solidifying the alliance between the two nations. Asauro-Byzantine relations have improved greatly since the joining of this alliance.
