Honestly, this is jacksh!t statement. Those territories are de facto under Indian control with Indian roads and buildings. And people who now identify as Indian...But guess the gov gotta keep nationalist propaganda running.

I would really like to smoke what my PM is smoking for he seems to think rest of the world will recognize his claims.
