Quebecshire TERRACONSERVA COUNCIL OF NATIONS VOTING BALLOT: ADMITTANCE REQUEST - THE FREE ECONOMIC ZONE (MOROVAN STRIP)
Bear with us, this is a new (and likely to be infrequent) style of voting. It is an admittance request (as in an external nation requesting entrance rather than a resolution to invite someone else in).
To vote, quote this post and clearly state your vote (In Favor, In Opposition, Abstaining), and have it be followed by a statement on why your delegation has chosen to vote in that manner (it can be brief or extensive, but include a statement). Debate between delegations is welcomed. The vote will be opened until a majority is reached, or until a time of 24 hours has passed since its opening.
Admittances are voted on by the SECURITY COUNCIL - a majority (without abstentions) is required to admit the Morovan Strip. Members of the Big Three can veto.
The Xussman Delegation ABSTAINS in the admittance of the “Morovan Strip”. Xusma does not have a strong opinion on this nor does it affect Xusma in any way.
