"In regards to the Lady Kieva Incident, the San Carlos Islands mourns the loss of 2,300 innocent asylum seekers; but we also we affirm Quebecshire's right to defend it's territorial waters. Noting this dilemma, we call for a bilateral solution to mend tension and de escalate this situation so that no more innocents are killed."
